    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an anti-reflection member which is free from the corrosion of a metallic thin film layer by moisture or the whitening of a transparent window part. SOLUTION: A transfer material 11 comprising an overall protecting layer 6 made of an ultraviolet curing resin, a partial pattern layer 3 including the metallic thin film layer 5 and an overall adhesive layer 2, laminated at least in that order on a base sheet 12, is set in a mold 10 so that the base sheet 12 comes into contact with a cavity face. Next, a transparent molten resin is injected into the mold 10 to obtain a monolithic resin product of a transparent substrate 1 and the transfer material 11. After that, the base sheet 12 is released, then the protecting layer 6 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays under a nitrogen gas atmosphere and finally a low reflective layer 7 is formed on the protecting layer 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the color filter which is low in production cost and has the excellent contrast of images and excellent surface smoothness and the process for production of this color filter. CONSTITUTION:An active layer 2 is obtd. by coating the surface of a transparent substrate 1 consisting of glass with a sol mixture composed of a baimite sol, bluecite sol and silica sol and calcining the soln. A grid-shaped resist layer is then provided on this active layer 2 and the active layer 2 is patterned by etching with the phosphoric acid. This resist layer is peeled by using acetone. A catalyst is imparted to the active layer 2 and the transparent substrate 1 is immersed into a nickel plating bath to form a black matrix part 3 over the entire surface of the active layer 2. The surface of the transparent substrate 1 is then coated by using ink of red, green and blue colors consisting of photosensitive resins colored by pigments and the coating is exposed via a photomask and is developed, by which colored layers 4 are so provided as to respectively fill the mesh parts of the grids where the active layer 2 is not formed. Finally, the surface is coated with a protective film material, by which a protective layer 5 is provided.

In the expression, M denotes an element selected from a group consisting of magnesium, calcium, or the like, R1 and R2 an alkyl group or an acyl group, X and Y a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom, or a hydroxyl group.

SOLUTION: The antireflection transfer material is obtained by disposing at least an antireflection layer 2 on a substrate sheet 1 directly or by way of a releasing layer 11. Since the average surface roughness Ra of the surface of the substrate sheet 1 or the surface of the releasing layer 11 is 2.0-150 nm, the antireflection layer is excellent in uniformity of thickness.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a metal mask enabling the formation of an accurate pattern by coating the front side of a metal sheet with an etching resist film and the rear side with a photoresist film, patterning the photoresist film through a photomask and etching the metal sheet. CONSTITUTION:One side of the metal sheet 1 of about 20-100mum thickness such as a stainless steel sheet is coated with the etching resist film 2 and the other side with the photoresist film 3 of about 2-10mum thickness. The photomask 4 is superposed on the photoresist film 3 and the film 3 is patternwise exposed through the photomask 4. The unnecessary parts of the partially exposed film 3 are removed by development to pattern the film 3, the metal sheet 1 is etched to make holes through which ink passes in the sheet 1 and then the etching resist film 2 is removed. The metal mask enabling the formation of the accurate pattern is easily produced.
