PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for managing charging/discharging of a battery to provide a corresponding charging mechanism based on a usage state of the battery.SOLUTION: A system and a method for managing charging/discharging of a battery according to the present invention include: a reading module for reading a battery parameter of the battery; an analysis module for determining a usage state of the battery by analyzing the battery parameter, acquiring a discharging parameter by calculation from the battery parameter, and recording a discharging curve; and a charging module having a correspondence table of a discharging curve model and a discharging mode, acquiring the corresponding discharging curve model based on the discharging curve stored by the analysis module to provide a corresponding discharging mode, and charging the battery. Not only a time during which the battery is exposed to a high temperature is reduced, but also excessive charging/discharging is reduced to avoid breakage of the battery. An abnormal state of the battery is monitored by a battery protection mechanism, so that a usage life of the battery can be extended.
