CONSTITUTION: A coding method for the Korean alphabet includes coding the consonants and the vowels according to the shapes and the stroke order by using 3 symbols "eu ","i","ng". For example, a vowel "ya" can be expressed in £i,ng,ng| and a consonant "ch" expressed in £eu,eu, i, i|. The symbol "ng" can be expressed with the symbols "eu","i" so the consonants and the vowels can be binary- coded. The coding symbol number with respect to a vowel can be limited to a maximum 3.
