본 발명의 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 (A) 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 100 중량부; (B) (B-1) 하기의 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 환형(Cyclic) 포스파젠 화합물이 -R 2 -기를 가진 연결기(linking group)로 연결되어 이루어진 환형 포스파젠의 올리고머형 화합물의 혼합물 1∼50 중량% 및 (B-2) 하기의 일반식(II)으로 표시되는 인산 에스테르 화합물 또는 인산 에스테르 화합물의 혼합물 99∼50 중량%로 이루어진 유기 인계 화합물의 혼합물 1∼30 중량부; (C) 평균 입자 크기가 0.05∼1,000㎛이고, 밀도가 1.2∼2.3 g/㎤인 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지 0.05∼5 중량부; 및 (D) 선택적으로, 스티렌계 충격보강재 0 내지 40 중량부로 이루어진다:

PURPOSE: Provided is a fire retardant, thermoplastic resin composition which does not exhibit a juicing phenomenon, and simultaneously has excellent fire retardancy, heat resistance, impact resistance, heat stability, workability, and appearance. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (A) 45-95 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin; (B) 1-50 parts by weight of rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer; (C) 0-50 parts by weight of vinyl copolymer; (D) 1-30 parts by weight(based on the sum 100 parts by weight of the basic resin(A)+(B)+(C)) of mixture of organophosphorus compounds consisting of (D-1) 5-95 parts by weight of monomeric ester phosphate compound represented by formula I or a mixture thereof and (D-2) 5-95 parts by weight of ester phosphate morpholide compound represented by formula II or mixture thereof(wherein each of R1 and R2 is independently hydrogen atom, or an alkyl group such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, sec-butyl, t-butyl, isobutyl, isoamyl, t-amyl, x is an integer of 1-3, l is 1 or 2, each of R3, R6 and R7 is independently C6-C20 aryl or alkyl-substituted C6-C20 aryl group, each of R4 and R5 is C6-C30 arylene or alkyl substituted with C6-C30 arylene group, m and n represent a number of corresponding repeating unit respectively, an average value of m+n is 0-5 in a mixture of ester phosphate morpholide compounds); and (E) 0.05-5 parts by weight (based on the sum 100 parts by weight of the basic resin(A)+(B)+(C)) of fluorinated polyolefin resin having an average particle size of 0.05-1,000 micrometer and a density of 1.2-2.3 g/cm¬3.

PURPOSE: A flame retardant and thermoplastic resin composition is provided, which use as flame retardant mixture of phosphazene compound and phosphoric acid ester morpholide compound, and fiber glass in a suitable range, so that physical property balance such as flame retardant and heat resistant, and mechanical strength is excellent thus enabling the composition to be used for preparing injection molded sheath of computer monitor and the other apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The flame retardant and thermoplastic resin composition comprises (a) 70 to 99 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin represented by formula I; (b) 1 to 30 parts by weight of organic phosphorus compounds consisting of (b1) 5 to 90 wt.% of phosphazene compound selected from linear phosphazene represented by formula II and cyclic phosphazene represented by formula III, wherein R is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, alkyl substituted aryl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxyl, amino and hydroxyl, and k is an integer of 0 to 10, and the alkoxy or aryloxy can be substituted by alkyl, aryl, amino or hydroxyl, and (b2) 95 to 10 wt.% of phosphoric acid ester morpholide compound represented by formula IV, wherein x is 1 or 2, R1 is C6-C20 aryl or alkyl substituted C6-C20 aryl, R2 is C6-C30 aryl or alkyl substituted C6-C30 aryl derivatives, n and m are respectively number average polymerization degree and n+m ranges from 0 to 5; (c) 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of fluoride polyolefine resin having average particle size of 0.05 to 1000 μm and density of 1.2 to 2.3 g/cm¬2; and (d) 5 to 15 parts by weight of fiber glass based on 100 parts by weight of the components of (a)+(b)+(c).

PURPOSE: Provided is a resin composition based on polycarbonate, which has the improved physical property and fire retardancy, and which does not generate stress crack due to bleeding when being molded, without its heat retardancy being not decreased.
