PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to obtain excellent the balance of properties including flame retardant property, transparency, a mechanical strength, heat resistance, and mobility by applying an aromatic vinyl polymer, a phosphate ester compound, and tris(halogen-substituted phenoxy)-s-triazine to the polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; 1-15 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl polymer having an average molecular weight of 1.9×10^5-4.5×10^8 g/mol; 5-20 parts by weight of an oligomeric phosphate ester compound which is induced from a bisphenol-A which is marked as a chemical formula 1; and 1-12 parts by weight of tris(halogen-substituted phenoxy)-s-triazine. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is an alkyl group with C1-C10, an aryl group with C6-C20, and an aryl group which is substituted with an alkyl group having C1-C10.

A polycarbonate resin composition, a pellet formed by extruding the composition, and a liquid crystal display backlight part formed by using the composition are provided to improve flame retardancy and light resistance and to enhance the physical properties balance of heat resistance, impact strength, workability and appearance. A polycarbonate resin composition comprises 60-95 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polycarbonate resin; 5-40 parts by weight of a polyethylene naphthalate-terephthalate copolymer; 5-50 parts by weight of titanium dioxide; 0.1-10 parts by weight of an organosiloxane polymer represented by the formula; and 0.05-5 parts by weight of a fluorinated polyolefin-based resin, wherein R1 is independently C1-C8 alkyl group, a C6-C30 aryl group or an aryl group substituted with an alkyl group; and n is an integer of 1-10,000.

A polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polycarbonate resin; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a phenyl-substituted siloxane copolymer having a kinematic viscosity of 300-1,000 mm^2/s at 25 deg.C represented by the formula II, wherein R1 is a methyl group or a phenyl group; R2 is a methyl group, a phenyl group, a hydroxyl group, a methoxy group, a phenoxy group or a vinyl group; and n and m represent the number of repeating units.

A resin composition for a light diffusion plate is provided to overcome disadvantages of a polystyrene resin, to express excellent light stability, luminance and color coordinate, and to be used in a manufacturing process of a base material layer of a light diffusion plate. A resin composition for a light diffusion plate comprises a polystyrene-based resin; a light diffusing agent; a photostabilizer 0.1-10 parts by weight having the greatest absorption wavelength of 250~320 nm based on the polystyrene-based resin 100.0 parts by weight; and further an HALS-based auxiliary stabilizer 0.1-10 parts by weight based resin 100.0 parts by weight. The photostabilizer is a diamine-based compound, a benzophenone-based compound, a cyanoacrylate-based compound, and a nickel complex compound.
