CONSTITUTION: A future quantity generating unit(120) generates quantity data of the future year by using quantity data of reference year. A load analysis unit(130) analyzes load from a simulation result. A countermeasure planning unit(140) generates determination making information for countermeasure planning to a countermeasures establishment object distribution base by using an operation reference data and the analyzing result of the load. The countermeasure planning unit establishes the future quantity operation plan.

PURPOSE: An RFID reader, an RFID recognition method thereof and a receiving power pattern analysis apparatus for improving the recognition rate of an RFID tag are provided to reduce the recognition rate of an RFID tag which the receiving power pattern analysis apparatus does not desire. CONSTITUTION: A tag signal transmitted from an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification System) tag is received(S710). The received power is extracted from a tag signal(S730). A power pattern is generated by using the received power(S740). It determines whether the RFID tag transmitting the tag signal is recognized by using the power pattern(S760). The tag information is stored from the tag signal.

PURPOSE: A method for mining a stream pattern using a bitmap is provided to use a bitmap based on a sliding window, thereby efficiently compressing stream data which are continuously inputted. CONSTITUTION: Frequent pattern candidate groups about an item group are combined(S706). The item group includes more items than a previous time group. A bitmap of the combined frequent pattern candidate groups is calculated(S708). A bitmap support rate about the calculated bitmap is calculated.
