Abstract: PURPOSE: A battery module failure determination method for an electric vehicle is provided to detect effectively a battery module failure and allow for determination on the early failure of the vehicle battery. CONSTITUTION: An electric vehicle comprises a battery pack constituted by a plurality of battery modules connected in serial with each other, wherein each battery module is constituted by a plurality of cells connected in serial with each other. Abstract: PURPOSE: A battery cooling device for an electric vehicle is provided, to minimize the loading space of a battery tray loaded into an electric vehicle, thereby maximizing the space utilization efficiency of the surrounding of a battery tray. Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a battery tray is provided to easily mount a battery tray by forming mounting grooves of a battery tray easily matched with mounting grooves of a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A mounting member(10) having many mounting grooves is fixed on a vehicle body. A battery tray(2) embeds many batteries connected serially or parallel. A guide unit is installed in a portion of the mounting member for guiding and easy mounting of the battery tray. Upon lifting up a lift whereon the battery tray is loaded and fitting a mounting groove of the battery tray to a guide rod protruded from a mounting groove of the mounting member, the mounting grooves of the mounting member and the battery tray are matched with each other. By fastening a bolt(24) straightly with the end of the guide rod, the guide rod is inserted into a body(22) against the elasticity of an elastic member(30). Simultaneously, the bolt is thread-connected with a nut. Therefore, the battery tray is fixed in the vehicle body.
