    Abstract: PURPOSE: A catalytic unit, a method for manufacturing the same, and an exhaust gas purifier having the same are provided to close a channel corresponding to a dead zone in which the flow rate of exhaust gas is low using a plug, thereby excluding a catalytic coating layer inside the channel. CONSTITUTION: A catalytic unit includes a carrier (100) and plugs (122). Exhaust gas passes from the front sides of channels (110,120) to the rear sides of the channels at the carrier. The plugs close the inlets of the channels at the edges of the front sides excluding the centers of the front sides. The channels having plugs do not have catalytic layers, and the catalytic layers are formed along the other opened channels. The opened channels respectively have opened inlets and opened outlets, and the exhaust gas flows into the inlets and flows out of the outlets.

CONSTITUTION: A control method of an exhaust gas post-processing system comprises followings. The primary differential pressure of the front and rear ends of a diesel particle filter collecting particles included in the exhaust gas is sensed. The amount of the collected particles is sensed according to the first differential pressure. First slope on the amount of the collected particles according to the amount of consumed fuel or travelling distance is sensed. When the first slope is higher than a fixed first value, the diesel particle filter is reproduced using the setup amount of consumed fuel or the setup travelling distance as a cycle.
