Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent dewing by forming a moisture permeable water-proof sheet adhering and integrating a melt blow nonwoven fabric specifying an average fiber diameter and METSUKE (weight/unit area) and a long fiber nonwoven fabric specifying an average fiber diameter and METSUKE with each other. CONSTITUTION:A melt blow extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric A constituted so that an average fiber diameter is 5 microns or less, METSUKE is about 15g/m or more and apparent density is about 0.40g/cm or less is formed. A laminated nonwoven fabric is formed by adhering and integrating a long fiber nonwoven fabric B an average fiber diameter of which is 10 microns or more and METSUKE of which is about 15g/m or more at least on one face of the melt blow extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric A. Additionally, surface roughness on a non-adhered side of the long fiber nonwoven fabric B is made about 4 microns or less and a fiber sufficiency rate of a surface layer part from the surface to the depth of 40 microns is made about 60% or more. Consequently, it is possible to improve workability by way of providing excellent moisture permeability and a water proofing property.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a polyamide nonwoven fabric excellent in water resistance by forming the nonwoven fabric from a polyamide having a diamine having cyclohexane ring as a constituent component according to a spunbonding method. CONSTITUTION:This polyamide nonwoven fabric is obtained by adding a thermosetting resin such as an epoxy resin to a polyamide having one diamine, having the cyclohexane ring and selected from the group consisting of 1,3- bisaminomethylcyclohexane, 4,4'-diamino-3,3'-dimethylcyclohexylmethane and 4,4'-diaminocyclohexylpropane as a constituent component, preparing a polyamide composition, then melt spinning the resultant polyamide composition, passing the extruded filaments through a heat insulating cylinder, arranged under a spinneret and kept at a temperature within the range of the spinning temperature + or -50 deg.C, depositing the filaments on a conveyor while drawing the filaments through an ejector, forming a web and then mutually bonding or interlacing the filaments with a heated roller or according to the needle punching or water punching.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a composite sanitary material which is soft without liquid to remain on a surface, without returning the liquid and without moisture and gentle to skin by forming nonwoven fabric having water retention mainly of hydrophilic fiber and forming liquid permeability from a melt blown side. CONSTITUTION:A composite material is obtained by laminating melt blown nonwoven fabric made of extrafine fiber and having average fineness of a denier of about 0.03 and nonwoven fabric having water retention such as cellulose, acrylic fiber, cotton, etc. In this case, the nonwoven fabric having the water retention is formed mainly of hydrophilic fiber. Liquid permeability of the nonwoven fabric composite material is recognized substantially only from the melt brown side. The composite material is manufactured by connecting nonwoven fabric constituting fiber by water stream crossing.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve physical properties, functionality and workability by basically forming a permeable and moistureproof sheet by a laminated nonwoven fabric, in which a melt blow ultra-thin fiber nonwoven fabric and a lint nonwoven fabric, in which means fiber diameters, weight per square meters, the apparent density of fibers, etc., are specified respectively, are heat-fused partially. CONSTITUTION:In an external wall ventilation technique, a ventilation layer 2 is interposed between an external wall 1 and a heat-insulating material 4. A house wrap 3 is interposed for preventing the deterioration of a heat-insulative effect. A moistureproof material 5 and an interior material 6 are disposed inside the heat- insulating material 4. The house wrap 3 is formed of a laminated nonwoven fabric, in which a melt blow ultra-thin fiber nonwoven fabric A having a mean fiber diameter of 5mum or less, weight per square meters of 15g/m and the apparent density of 0.40g/cm or less of fibers and a lint nonwoven fabric B having the means fiber diameter of 10mum or less and the weight per square meters of 20g/m or more are heat-fused partially, at that time. A fiber sufficiency rate is brought to at least 60% and fibers are fused partially in a surface layer section from a surface on the nonwoven fabric B side to 40mum depth.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce the unit which is low in pressure drop and has high capturing efficiency and to enhance productivity by inserting a prescribed filter medium having =7 denier average fineness and folding the layers zigzag. CONSTITUTION:The filter medium 3 which is constituted of the fibers having =7 denier average fineness and have >=100mm bending resistance, >=1.0mm thickness, and >=1,000cc/cm .sec air permeation rate. The separator layers are folded zigzag in this state to constitute the filter unit 1. The filter medium 3 is securely fixed by folding the layers zigzag in such a manner and, therefore, the air flow passing the filter medium 3 is uniformized and the filter medium characteristics are stabilized. The folding zigzag of the nonwoven fabric separators and the filter medium in the laminate state is equally well and the folding zigzag after these layer and medium are previously bonded over the entire part or partially in also well.
