Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cap which can prevent dust and dirt such as dust, dandruff and hair generated from the head of a worker from dropping, and can be biodegraded by burying the hair cap in the ground after being used. SOLUTION: This biodegradable hair cap is constituted of a non-woven fabric comprising a polylactic acid and/or a thermoplastic polymer of which the major component is a polylactic acid.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base paper for heat-sensitive stencil printing, in which smoothness of a film face is good and picture quality is excellent. SOLUTION: The base paper for heat-sensitive stencil printing is constituted of bonding a porous supporting body fiber layer consisting of polyester fiber, in which such a polymer is blended at 0.01-15 wt.% for the whole amount that temperature dependency of extended viscosity is higher than polyester, on one side of a polyester film. The base paper for heat-sensitive stencil printing is obtained by laminating both nonoriented nonwoven fabric constituted of the above-mentioned polymer and the polyester film and thereafter performing orientation.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a base paper for heat-sensitive stencil printing, in which a wrinkle is not generated at printing and picture quality is excellent, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: An oriented nonwoven fabric has a laminated structure of both a polyester fiber layer A and a polyester fiber layer B, in which melting point is lower than this polyester fiber layer A by 20-60 deg.C. The base paper for heat- sensitive stencil printing is constituted of bonding a polyester film to the surface of the polyester fiber layer A. In the production method thereof, both the polyester fiber layer A and the polyester fiber layer B in which melting point is lower than the polyester fiber layer A by 20-60 deg.C have the laminated structure. The layer A side of nonoriented laminated nonwoven fabric, in which the fiber diameter of each fiber constituting the fiber layer A and the fiber B is about 4-20 μm and double refraction index Δn is =1.5 times at least in one direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a composite sheet excellent in both of filtering capacity and strength, reducing a printing defect especially in a case used as stencil paper for thermal screen printing, excellent in ink permeability and having sufficient rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet is obtained by fusing a nonwoven fabric composed of a thermoplastic resin fiber to the single surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet and, in the cross section of this composite sheet, the number (b) of the fibers fused to the film (c) is 1-30% of the number of fibers in a boundary region (d).

Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a sheet of superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength and of superior functional properties such as permeability, waterproofing properties and windbreak properties and to be manufactured at low cost by laminating a melt blow superfine fiber non-woven cloth and a non-woven cloth provided with specified properties. CONSTITUTION:The weight per unit area of above-said permeable and waterproof sheet is 30g/m or more, and the sheet is a laminate sheet composed of a melt blow fuperfine fiber A having 5 micron or less of average fiber diameter of constituting fiber and a non-woven cloth B composed of a composite fiber as a constituting component having the composite ratio of said core component and a sheath component represented by the core component: sheath component=40:60-70:30, the melting point of the core component higher than the melting point of the sheath component at least by 50 deg.C and 10 micron or more and 40 micron or less as fiber diameter. Further, the difference of the melt point of the sheath component of A and B constituting fibers is 25 deg.C or under, and a desired laminate sheet can be manufactured by fusion bonding partly and bonding integrally A and B.
