A honeycomb body (1) with two opposite end faces (2) has at least one housing (3) and at least one metallic layer (5) which forms channels (4). At least one end face (2) has at least one hard-soldered zone (6) which forms a strip-shaped, solder-free zone (7) adjoining the housing (3). Also disclosed are a process for producing the honeycomb body and preferred fields of use of a corresponding honeycomb body.

우수한 제조성, 최적의 경납접성, 특히 금속 지지 구조에 경납땜된 후 우수한 구조적 집적성 및 항산화성을 갖는 금속 포일 또는 시트로부터 제조되는 신규한 벌집 모양의 구조를 갖는 연마용 터빈 실이 제공된다. 특히, 이러한 구조를 생산하기에는 MCrAlY(M=Ni, Fe, Co 또는 이들의 조합) 포일 및 시트 금속들이 적절하다.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a diffusion blocking layer (1) comprising aluminum oxide (8) on a metal plate (2), which consists of a base material (3) which contains at least iron (Fe) and chromium (Cr). The aluminum (10) required for forming the aluminum oxide (8) is contained in the base material (3). A layer made of titanium dioxide (4) serves as an oxygen contributor for the oxidation of the aluminum (10) to α-aluminum oxide. The invention further relates to an integration of said method into the production of an exhaust gas treatment unit (12), wherein the exhaust gas treatment unit (12) has a honeycomb body (13) and a housing (14) and at least the honeycomb body (13) or the housing (14) is formed with a metal plate (2) and the metal plate (2) consists of a base material (3) which contains at least iron (Fe) and chromium (Cr). According to the invention, the metal plate (2) comprises a surface layer (7) at least in one sub-region (5) which comprises at least aluminum oxide (8) and titanium oxide (9).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus (2) for mobile repair of a stationary rotor seals (1) of a turbo machine basically carrying out the following steps, - 3D-scanning of the stationary seal (1), - generation of 3D-model of the stationary seal (1), - removing of the damaged spots (6) of the seal (1) my means of laser cutting, - and generating a new seal (1) at the repair spot (14) by use of a second process head (13), which generates the seal (1) by laser powder cladding. One advantage of the method and the apparatus according to the invention is the reduction of costs and the down time, which is necessary to renew the seals (1).

A method and apparatus for brazing a honeycomb sealing (14) at a turbine, in particular a gas turbine, include: applying a brazing filler material (18) to the honeycomb sealing (14), placing the honeycomb sealing (14) at a turbine component (10), directing a laser beam (20) to the brazing filler material (18), and melting the brazing filler material (18) by means of the laser beam (20) for bonding the honeycomb sealing (14) to the turbine component (10).
