Abstract: PURPOSE: A synthetic gas conversion apparatus and a method thereof are provided to perform more than two reactions inside a single reaction container for converting synthetic gas. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic gas conversion apparatus includes a single reaction container(10), a first catalyst unit(20), and a second catalyst unit(30). The reaction container includes an inlet and an outlet. The first catalyst unit is installed on the upper current area inside the reaction container for helping an exothermic reaction of synthetic gas. The second catalyst unit is located on the lower upper current area inside the reaction container for helping an endoergic reaction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A controller of an electric welding machine is provided to easily perform a replacement work by only connecting an electronic circuit part to a main control unit. CONSTITUTION: A controller(200) of an electric welding machine comprises an operation signal processing unit(210) and a main control unit(220). The operation signal processing unit comprises a power terminal, an input terminal, and output terminals. An input signal is inputted to the input terminal depending on the operation of a torch switch. The output signals are selectively controlled on the basis of the input signal. The main control unit is connected to the power, input, and output terminals. The main controller selectively controls the volume of a welding machine body and a wire feeder controller based on the signal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A power supply apparatus for an arc plasma torch is provided to generate an arch plasma stably by forming a high initial voltage through unlimited resistance. CONSTITUTION: A DC power supply device(6) supplies power to a cathode(2) and an anode nozzle(4). An arc plasma torch generates a plasma flame(8). A high frequency AC power supply device(10) is connected in parallel to the DC power supply device. Resistance is maintained less than 1Ω in order to stabilize the fluctuation voltage in the forming arc plasma. The plasma flame is generated by supplying the power source of the DC power supply device to the cathode and the anode nozzle. A dummy load is installed in the power output part of the DC power supply device.
