PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a null or an expired card. SOLUTION: (a) The user of a virtual prepaid card is connected to a server including the data base of a version number and this version number is increased when a corresponding card is null of expired. (b) The user is verified by the server by informing the server of a verifying sequence and a version number. (c) The server supplies these number for a protecting processor, which recalculates the verifying sequence to confirm the availability of the verifying sequence. (d) When the verifying sequence is available, the protecting processor sends using permission to the server. (e) After receiving this permission, the server gives agreement to a using request within the limit of lending and a card available limit remaining in the card.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to equalize speech signals liable to be affected by disturbance by selecting the frames subjected to filtration processing given by equalizing filters corresponding to a route where the probability in Markov concept is highest as a equalized frame. SOLUTION: A filter bank 14 forms plural pieces of the equalizing filters associated with the routes of the Markov concept at the moment (t) in accordance with the speech frames plural pieces before and in accordance with plural pieces of the parameters of a Markov model. The occurrence probabilities of the respective routes respectively associated with plural pieces of the speech frame sequence subjected to the filtration processing and the given equalizing filters at the moment (t) is obtd. by giving at least plural pieces of the equalized filters to speech frames. The equalizing filters corresponding to the route having the highest possibility in the Markov concept are selected. The speech frames subjected to the filtration processing by the selected equalizing filters are selected as the equalized filters.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronized data array which requires only a small memory space, can simply traverse in the space and can perform alteration by a simple method. SOLUTION: The invention relates to an electronized data array of a directed tree that is representative of the organization of a data set, such as a data dictionary, each piece of data input being associated with a node of the tree. The array comprises a table of values which are stored in a memory, the values being representative of node ranks of the tree which are sequenced according to a first total order relation. Moreover, the respective addresses associated with the stored values are representative of the node ranks of the tree which are sequenced according to a second total order relation. The invention also relates to a method of encoding the directed tree and to the encoding of a datum input from the set and the decoding of an index that is representative of a datum input from the set. SOLUTION: This method and this device provided by this application are characterized by that the method is used for changing a graphic scene displayed on a screen of a terminal; the graphic scene comprises a set of graphic objects; each graphic object is used in the terminal so as to configure images to be displayed on the screen by corresponding to the graphic scene; each graphic object is defined by a field; the method includes a step for transmitting a data signal for correcting the graphic scene; the data signal includes a frame for updating the graphic scene; and the frame includes a replacement command for replacing the existing graphic scene with a new graphic scene. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve defects of a conventional device by proposing a signal regenerating device which is capable of regenerating a signal containing information encoded by phase modulation. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a device for regenerating the phase of an optical signal carrying information encoded by phase modulation of said signal, the device comprising an optical signal modulation converter for converting the signal carrying the information encoded by phase modulation into at least one secondary signal carrying said information encoded by amplitude modulation, and at least one module for optically regenerating the amplitude of the secondary signal.
