    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a model, to accurately separate the variation component of air force, and to obtain data on flight performance by disconnecting weight bodies of in-model high-pressure air supply piping, a pusher, a scale, and a model deformation mechanism part from a light airframe main body and providing them at specific positions of a rocking base plate. CONSTITUTION:The dynamic part in an air channel is divided roughly into the model main body A and a rocking device B. The model main body A consists of the airframe main body 1 and the rocking base plate 2 which supports the heavy bodies such as the airframe main body and the pushed, etc., and the rocking base 2 is supported on the rocking device B through a flexible joint, etc. The rocking base plate 2 is provided with a simulated jet turbine engine 3 through the air supply piping 5 and the model deformation mechanism part 4 and scale 6 are further fixed on the base plate 2. An internal frame 11 where the rocking base plate 2 is fitted is recessed in the airframe main body 1 and various small-sized, lightweight active controllers are provided at specific positions. The rocking device B consists of an alpha setting mechanism part 12 and alpha beta setting mechanism 13 for setting an elevation angle alpha and a yawing angle beta, front support piping 14, and rear support 15. Consequently, the variation component of air force regarding flight characteristics is accurately separated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate anti-Stokes beam by cutting off only the mixed part of a reference laser beam and a Stokes beam, and extracting an anti-Stokes beam contained in the cross-sectional pattern of the remaining beams. CONSTITUTION:A fundamental laser beam omega1 passes through a dichroic mirror 10 and enters into a lens 11 by maintaining its circular cross-sectional pattern. On the other hand, as for a beam omega2, half of the cross-sectional pattern is cut off by a knife edge 13 and it becomes semi-circular, and it is reflected by the mirror 10. The upper part of the beam forms a collinear CARS (Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectroscopy) by the semi-circular beam, and also, the beam omega2 and the lower beam omega1 constitute a minimum cross angle CARS. This collinear CARS is a method which is apt to generate an anti-Stokes beam omega3, therefore, the phase matching adjustment is executed by utilizing the beam omega3 which is generated by this collinear CARS. After an optimum condition has been obtained by this collinear CARS, when the beam omega3 is cut off by a knife edge 14, the beam omega3 which has been generated from a minute intersection on a space which has been generated by the minimum cross angle CARS can be obtained easily.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To mass-produce products and to improve the product accuracy by plating a plate body provided wit the numerous grooves or holes larger than a prescribed size at prescribed positions and contracting the grooves or holes to the prescribed size. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 2 or holes 3 somewhat larger than a required size are made on a plate body 1. Then, the plate body 1 is roughly formed in accordance with its applications and deformations of the grooves or holes due to the above forming are corrected. Further, the hole diameter or slot width is made to be smaller up to a prescribed size by repeated plating. In that method, small holes or narrow slots are mass-produced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency in exchanging a filter by opening one end of a passage passing through a casing and a guide vane at the downcourse side part of a main impeller, while the other end thereof at a bearing, and providing a filter in said passage. CONSTITUTION:The passage of a pump casing 5 is opened at a part where a main impeller is positioned, and a passage 9 passing through the part of a bearing 6 is provided at a guide vane 2 so that both passages are connected with each other. A filter 7 is arranged in the passage 8, and thereby the part of high pressure fluid is purified by the filter 7 so as to be supplied to the bearing 6. With this arrangement, the passages are provided in the casing, and thereby the working, in comparison with the case that the passages are provided on the driving shaft, is simplified so that it is possible to facilitate the exchange of the filter.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a control characteristic as well as to aim at securability in an overspeed limiting device for a windmill, by making the device so as to control oil pressure for a hydraulic cylinder being connected to a pitch variable mechanism, with a solenoid proportional relief valve whose current is controlled by a speed of rotation in the windmill and its pitch angle. CONSTITUTION:When a coil current of a solenoid proportional relief valve 13 is once raised up to a allowable maximum current from 0mA and again varied down to the 0mA, variations in a pitch angle theta and a pitch angle signal theta' show a hysteresis characteristic as shown in illustration. And, the pitch angle theta' is partially fed back to a drive circuit 24 of the solenoid proportional relief valve 13, thus making it work to negate the hysteresis characteristic. That is to say, oil pressure in a hydraulic cylinder connected to a pitch variable mechanism is controlled by the relief valve 13 after a speed of rotation and the pitch angle signal theta' of a windmill 3 are fed back to the drive circuit 24. With this constitution, the windmill's overspeed limitation in time of a strong wind is made so as to be performable in a sure and highly accurate manner.
