본 발명은 에너지 절감 및 관리를 위한 에너지 소비정보 통계 분석을 제공하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 이를 위해 특정 건물에 대한 에너지 소비 정보와 건물 프로파일을 수신되면, 상기 건물 프로파일을 기반으로 건물의 특성을 분석하는 건물 프로파일 관리부와, 건물 특성 별 벤치마킹 정보가 저장되는 데이터베이스를 구비하며, 상기 건물의 특성에 따라 상기 데이터베이스에서 벤치마킹 정보를 검색하는 벤치마킹 관리부와, 상기 검색된 벤치마킹 정보와 상기 수신된 에너지 소비 정보를 기반으로 에너지 수요 예측 정보 및 에너지 절감 방안을 생성하여 상기 특정 건물의 에너지 소비자 측 장치에 제공하는 수요 예측 관리부를 포함하는 건물 에너지 소비 정보의 통계 분석 장치를 제공한다.

Provided are a method and an apparatus for managing sensor data, which determine an appropriate sensor data collection cycle for each service in view of a weighting such as an amount of energy saved by data collection cycles, a data storage space and data processing time, and a probability of an error happening; and collect and manage sensor data based on the cycle. The apparatus for managing the sensor data includes: a profile management unit to manage a sensor profile defining each senor, a sensor system, and a characteristic of a service; a service management unit to manage a pre-installed service and to collect and recommend a service based on the sensor profile from the sensor system; and a data collection cycle determination unit to determine a necessary sensor data collection cycle for the service. Furthermore, the apparatus includes a sensor data management unit to collect sensor data based on the sensor data collection cycle and to manage the sensor data; and an interface to connect the sensor system and an external device.

Disclosed are a device and a method for managing power demand, capable of generating a power usage schedule so that the sum of time-based power usage of energy management devices can be less than or equal to target power usage based on the power demand plan information collected by energy management devices and the target power usage. The device for managing power demand comprises a target power usage setting unit for setting target power usage; a management unit for registering and managing multiple energy management devices which are the objects for the power demand management; a communications unit for receiving power demand plan information from the energy management devices registered by the management unit; and a generation unit for controlling the communications unit to transmit, to the energy management devices, a power usage schedule generated based on the set target power usage and the power demand plan information collected by the communications unit.
