    Abstract: PURPOSE: An injector for direct injection type diesel engine is provided to promote the mixing of fuel and air and increasing the engine power output by reducing an eddy flux of air on injecting fuel. CONSTITUTION: An injector(500) for direct injection type diesel engine comprises: a solenoid opening unit formed at the inner upper part of a body(510) and comprising a ball member(550), a pilot needle(560), an electromagnet(580) and valve springs(530,570) to open a fuel return passage(515) with a signal from an ECU(800); an injection port(512) formed at the front part of the body to inject the fuel; a fuel pressure accumulating chamber(513) formed to be communicated to a fuel inflow way at the upper end of the injection port to accumulate the fuel inflow pressure; a fuel pressure adjusting chamber(514) formed to be communicated to the fuel inflow way at the lower end of the fuel return passage to adjust the inflow pressure of fuel according to the opening of the fuel return passage; an injection nozzle whose upper end is inserted in the fuel pressure adjusting chamber and lower end is inserted in the fuel pressure accumulating chamber, and which is vertically operated by the operation of a unit for opening and shutting off the solenoid valve to open the injection port; and the valve spring elastically supporting the injection valve.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable geometry turbo charger of a vehicle is provided to reduce the boost pressure by increasing the open degree of a vane of a variable geometry turbine and to improve responsiveness by reducing the responding time. CONSTITUTION: A pressure control valve(26) is installed in a compressor(18) of a variable geometry turbo charger. The pressure control valve reduces the boost pressure by controlling opening and closing depending on the boost pressure and adjusts the open degree of a vane of a variable geometry turbine(16) by supplying the boost pressure to a vacuum actuator(14) in the open state. Therefore, the overshoot of the boost pressure due to the application of excessive vacuum pressure to the vacuum actuator is prevented.
