The UE configures a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) layer 3 (L3) measurement window, identifies a collision between a layer 1 (L1) measurement operation and a L3 measurement operation and omits at least one L1 measurement in response to identifying the collision.

A user equipment (UE) may maintain (e.g., determine and update on an ongoing basis) a timing advance (TA) value that the UE may apply to uplink (UL) transmissions to account for propagation delays, including changes in propagation delays, between the UE, NTN, and terrestrial network. TA maintenance may be based on network broadcasts, random access channel (RACH) procedures, control messages, timing drift rates (e.g., of the UE or NTN satellite), beam switching, and more.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for SRS antenna switching. A UE may transmit, to a base station, a capability message indicating an antenna configuration associated with SRS antenna switching e.g., via as RRC signaling. The capability message may indicate at least one of (and/or one or more of) a one transmit point (1T) and six receive point (6R) SRS resource set configuration, a 1T8R SRS resource set configuration, a 2T6R SRS resource set configuration, a 2T8R SRS resource set configuration, and/or a 4T8R SRS resource set configuration. The UE may receive, from the base station, a configuration message, e.g., via RRC signaling. The configuration message may indicate an SRS antenna switching configuration based, at least in part, on the capability message. Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for sounding reference signal (SRS) coverage enhancement. A user equipment device (UE) may receive a configuration for SRS time domain bundling from a base station and may transmit, to the base station, at least one SRS transmission in accordance with the configuration. The configuration may include an indication of (and/or indicate) one or more SRS transmission occasions. The configuration may be communicated via higher layer signaling or physical layer signaling. The RRC parameter may be an SRS-ResourceSet parameter or an SRS-Resource parameter and may include a nrofSlots parameter to indicate the number of slots, where a slot may correspond to an SRS transmission occasion. The MAC CE may include at least four bits indicating the number of slots. The DCI may include at least one field indicating the number of slots.

The UE receives configuration information from the base station including one or more interference measurement resources (IMRs) to be measured by the UE, determines a noise power for each of the IMRs, transmits a reference channel state information (CSI) report the base station, measures CSI reference signals (CSI RS) transmitted by the base station to determine an interference and noise power for each of the one or more IMRs and transmits a new CSI report including one of i) only interference and noise power fluctuation feedback or ii) multiple signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) or SINR statistics to the base station.
