Abstract: PURPOSE: To record information which has good fastness and can withstand washing, friction, etc., timely on a cloth by using dye chiefly as a colorant in a thermal transfer ink ribbon for cloth and forming a provisional image on a fiber sheet such as fabric and nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION: The cloth of fabric, knitting, or nonwoven fabric of ultrathin fibers of 0.0001-1 denier which has high surface smoothness and good spreadability of ink for a thermal transfer printer is used as a fiber sheet. A dye having a sublimation temperature of 80-300 deg.C is chiefly used as a colorant in a thermal transfer ink ribbon which forms an image on the fiber sheet, and provisional images of various kinds of information are formed on the fiber sheet. Such information, including characters, images and identification marks, is significant to human, machine, etc., and can be read by an optional reading device.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain the subject product excellent in impact resistance and taste characteristics, also high in low-temperature impact resistance even after heat- treated in can manufacturing process, by blending a specific polyester with a thermoplastic elastomer at specified proportions. CONSTITUTION: This product is obtained by blending (A) a polyester 140-245 deg.C in melting point mainly made up of ethylene terephthalate and/or ethylene isophthalate (pref. an isophthalic acid-copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate) with (B) a thermoplastic elastomer (pref. a styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene copolymer) at the weight ratio (A/B) of (65:35) to (98:2). When the dispersion diameter ratio (average dispersion diameter in the longer direction/average dispersion diameter in the thickness direction) of the component B dispersed in the component A is 4-50, the retort dent disposition of the product is improved, therefore being favorable. Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve surface smoothness, thermal characteristics and mechanical characteristics by constituting both surface layer parts of an extremely thin composite continuous sheet of PPS having specific thickness or more and constituting the inner layer thereof of a composite layer of PPS and a glass fiber fabric and setting the degree of crystallization of PPS to specific % or more and the crystal size thereof due to X-rays diffraction thereof to a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:An extremely thin composite continuous sheet consist of PPS and a glass fiber fabric having a monofilament diameter of 10mum or less and containing 20000/in or more of glass fibers and has a thickness of 100mum or less. Both surface layer parts of the extremely thin composite continuous sheet is composed of a single PPS layer of which the thickness is at least 1/10 or more that of the sheet and the inner layer part thereof is constituted of a composite layer of PPS and a glass fiber fabric and the degree of crystallization of PPS is 40% or more and the crystal size thereof due to X-rays diffraction is 60nm or more. By this constitution, the extremely thin composite continuous sheet for a printed wiring board excellent in surface smoothness and thermal characteristics is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the laminate excellent in wiping capacity and easily catching the extremely fine contaminant bonded to the surface of a magnetic head by thermally bonding a resin sheet and an extremely fine fiber knitted fabric by a resin film having an m.p. lower than the m.p. of the resin sheet and that of the extremely fine fiber knitted fabric. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning card 1 consists of a plate shaped resin sheet 2 and the extremely fine fiber knitted fabric 3 and resin film 4 laminated on the surface of the resin sheet 2. The extremely fine fiber knitted fabric 3 is composed, for example, of a nylon 6 fiber, a nylon 66 fiber or a polyester fiber but pref. composed of the polyester fiber and constituted of extremely fine fibers with a denier of 0.2-0.00001. Since the extremely fine fibers are entangled not only within fiber bundles but also between fiber bundles by applying water jet punching to the extremely fine fibers and shrinkage can be generated in the fibers, sufficient expansion can be applied to the fabric and, as a result, the dense and flexible fabric can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A letter, image, identification mark, etc., is temporarily formed on a polyester fiber cloth such as woven, knit or nonwoven fabric with an ink composed mainly of a dye. A cellulosic woven, knit or nonwoven fabric or paper, etc., is placed on at least the image-forming face of the cloth and the laminate is heat-treated with a hot roller, hot press, etc., to prevent the transfer of the dye to the hot-press surface and the return of the dye to the cloth and enable the continuous use of the hot roller and the hot press.
