Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of an electronic component capable of correctly fix a pin header equipped with a plurality of pin terminals with predetermined postures at a predetermined position on a substrate even if the pin header is thinned and miniaturized, and maintaining predetermined position accuracy for a case. SOLUTION: The terminal structure of an electronic component includes: a printed board 1 on which an electronic component including a pin header 2 having a plurality of pin terminals is mounted; and a case frame 3 having a cut opening for housing the printed board and exposing the pin terminals. In the terminal structure, the pin header 2 is clamped between a pressing portion 32 arranged at the case frame 3 and the printed board, the pin header has a guide hole 23 piercing from the upper surface of the pin header 2 to the lower surface abutting on the printed board and a guiding shaft 33 capable of being inserted into the guide hole 23 at the pressing portion 32. An in-line heating device(1, 2, 3, 4) for a liquid food or beverage preparation machine in which liquid is circulated through the heating deviceand then guided into a brewing chamber. This heating device comprises: a thermoblock with a metal mass (1) that incorporates an inlet, an outlet and a heating chamber extending therebetween to form a passage for guiding said liquid circulating through said mass, the mass being arranged to accumulate heat and to supply heat to the liquid; and one or more electric components (60,70,75) that are rigidly secured onto or into the thermoblock and that are connected to a printed circuit board (4) and/or a flex- print (4) arranged to control the thermoblock. The electric components are rigidly connected to the printed circuit board and/or flex-print, in particular via rigid connector pins or blades or rigid plug and socket members.

An electrical unit comprising: a housing having a first wall (1); a first.electrical component (6) contained within the housing and mounted onto the first wall, the first electrical component having at least one conductive contact pin (8) protruding therefrom; a circuit board (9) mounted to be supported by the housing; a plurality of connectors (10) which are attached t the circuit board and to at least one of the contact pins, thus providing conductive communication therebetween; and a holder (15) which holds the connectors in fixed relation with respect to one another, the holder being separated from the housing so that, during assembly of the electrical unit, the holder may move with respect to the housing to allow alignment of the connectors with the at least one contact pin.

Es wird eine Baugruppe (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2), mit einer Leiterplatte (3) und mit einem separaten elektronischen Bauelement (4) mit einer Anzahl von elektrischen Anschlüssen (5) angegeben, wobei der oder jeder Anschluss (5) des Bauelements (4) mittels eines Schneidkontaktes (25) elektrisch mit einer Leiterbahn der Leiterplatte (3) verbunden ist, und wobei das Bauelement (4) über eine Anzahl elastischer Lagerelemente (18) im Gehäuse (2) fixiert ist. Das Bauelement (4) ist hierbei einfach und sicher fixiert. Klappergeräusche sind vermieden.
