PURPOSE: A device for managing sensor nodes in a wireless sensor network and a method thereof are provided to overcome the limitation of narrow communication coverage and low reliability by performing inter node communication by using a communication unit for long distance communication. CONSTITUTION: A GPS(Global Positioning System) receiving unit(10) receives position data of a header node from a satellite. A communication unit(20) performs communication with a sensor node by using one of heterogeneous communication modules and receives the position data and information sensed by the sensor node. A processing unit(30) selects one of mobile communication modules by considering a network connection state of a wireless sensor network and manages sensor nodes connected with the header node by cluster unit. PURPOSE: A structure for controlling the speed of a pasteboard manufacturing roller of a pasteboard manufacturing device is provided to improve pasteboard manufacturing efficiency by stably transferring a metal-based material at low speeds. CONSTITUTION: A structure for controlling the speed of a pasteboard manufacturing roller of a pasteboard manufacturing device comprises a roller weight(140) and a lifting unit(150). The roller weight vertically presses a pasteboard material(130) between a material feeding roll and compression rollers to generate the tension of the pasteboard material. The lifting unit lifts up and down the roller weight to control the tension of the pasteboard material.

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing salted mackerel is provided to have excellent storage quality, and to contain abundant minerals. CONSTITUTION: A mackerel is washed with flowing water after removing gill and internal organs of mackerel. Brine salting is performed by immersing the washed mackerel in a seasoning container containing brine for 30 minutes to 6 hours. Same salt which is used for brine salting is sprinkled to the mackerel in which moisture is removed after dehydration for 10 minutes to 3 hours, by placing the head of brine salted mackerel upward and the tail of brine salted mackerel downward. A mackerel is placed slantly at an aging board with the tail of mackerel upward to eliminate the remaining water. A sea mustard extract is added to the salted mackerel by spraying. CONSTITUTION: A skid resistance measurement tester comprises a cylindrical rotator(510), a motor(520), a supporting frame(540), and a measurement frame(560). The rotator includes the bottom surface for measuring the skidding of a road. The motor rotates the cylindrical rotator. The supporting frame connects the cylindrical rotator and a rotary shaft of the motor so that the rotary shaft of the motor can rotate the cylindrical rotator.

본 발명은 멀라이트계 세라믹 기판 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 멀라이트를 기지로 하고, 상기 멀라이트에 실리카를 첨가하고, 경우에 따라서 지르코니아와 지르콘 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나가 더 첨가된 멀라이트계 세라믹 기판 조성물을 제공한다. 이와 같이 제조되는 멀라이트계 세라믹 기판은 반도체 검사용 지그(프로브 카드)나 세라믹 히터용으로 사용되며, 신뢰성 증진을 위하여 열팽창계수가 5ppm/이하이고 휨강도가 250MPa 이상이며, 유전상수가 비교적 낮고, 전극과의 접합성이 우수하다. 특히 낮은 열팽창계수와 높은 강도를 구현하기 위하여 기지물질로서 멀라이트를 사용하였다.
