PURPOSE: A broadcasting system interoperating with an electronic device is provided to interoperate broadcasting system and an electronic device by minimizing change of a broadcasting system. CONSTITUTION: A modulation unit(310) modulates a control signal into a frequency band in an audio frequency. A synthesis signal(320) generates a voice synthesis signal by synthesizing the modulated control signal and a voice signal. A transmission unit(330) transmits the voice synthesis signal to a receiving device. The receiving device plays the voice synthesis signal. The control signal is extracted from the reproduced voice synthesis signal and is used for controlling an electronic device(370).

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical filter for multiplexing or demultiplexing is provided to bidirectionally transceive light. CONSTITUTION: A filter layer(113) is formed between at least two optical transmitting plates(111,112) which transmits light which includes a corresponding wavelength so that a filter bonding object(110) is formed. V grooves(114) are formed on at least one side in parallel with a filter layer of the filter bonding object so that optical filters are consecutively formed using a cutting blade.

PURPOSE: A bidirectional optical transceiver module is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs by eliminating housing, and a holder. CONSTITUTION: A package(110) comprises two plane windows for optical transmitting and receiving. A ferrule(120) is combined in one side of the package. An optical receiving module(130) is connected to the other side of the package. A sub optical receiving module(140) installed inside of the package comprises a lighting element, and a collimating lens in order to make the light into a planar light. An optical filter(150) transmits the light to the optical fiber, and reflects the received light to the optical receiving module. A temperature control mean(160) controls the temperature of the sub optical transmission module to the preset temperature.

PURPOSE: An optical alignment apparatus and a method for an optical bi-directional module are provided to improve optical coupling efficiency by performing a manual alignment process and an active alignment process. CONSTITUTION: A silicon optical bench(110) includes a substrate, a laser diode, a collimating lens, a condenser lens, a photo diode, and an optical filter. A vacuum chuck(120) transfers the optical filter to multiple directions on the substrate. An optical transmitting-receiving module(130), which is opposite to the silicon optical bench based on optical fiber, inputs light into the optical fiber and outputs the light from the optical fiber. An optical transferring module(140) arranges the light.

PURPOSE: A performance measuring device of a WDM-TDM hybrid signal, a method thereof, and a signal selecting device are provided to measure each WDM-TDM channel performance online in WDM-TDM hybrid environment. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength selecting unit(300) selects a specific wavelength signal from an input signal. A time selection unit(330) selects a signal inputted to the specific time in the signal of the selected wavelength. A performance measuring unit(340) measures the signal performance about a specific time input signal of the specific wavelength which is selected in the time selection unit. A photoelectric conversion unit(310) converts the specific wavelength signal into an electric signal. A digital conversion unit(320) converts the electric signal into a digital signal.

PURPOSE: A seed optical module for passive optical networks is provided to apply an optical line terminal more efficiently by minimizing the loss of optical power during the process of splitting the spectrum. CONSTITUTION: A light amplifier(110) amplifies seed light. An optical wavelength filter(120) transmits broadband light, which is outputted in the opposite direction of the seed light, in periodic frequency intervals. A reflecting mirror(130) reflects spectrum-split light towards an optical wavelength filter with the optical wavelength filter. A gain flattening filter is arranged between the optical wavelength filter and the reflecting mirror. The gain flattening filter flattens the intensity of the signals which are outputted as seed light.

PURPOSE: An optical transmitting device at WDM-PON with improvement of reflection sensitivity and a method thereof are provided to improve stability and reliability of an optical link by making the optical link less sensitive to reflection. CONSTITUTION: A laser diode(10) produces an optical signal and uses the produced optical signal as seed light. A controller unit(20) extends line widen of an output spectrum of the laser diode by approving DC bias and RF signal to the laser diode on electricity of the laser diode. The controller unit comprises the input control part and the output control uniting the optical signal outputted by each wavelength, and uses the combined optical signal as the seed light.

PURPOSE: A broadcasting terminal and a method for providing broadcasting service by cooperation with other terminals based on overlay multicast environment are provided to supply real time broadcasting service through a broadcasting channel by setting the broadcasting channel through inter-terminal collaboration. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting terminal(1) comprises a channel generation unit(10) and a channel decision unit(20). The channel generating unit generates a virtual channel according to the contents. The class of the contents is differentiated. The channel decision unit sets the virtual channel for the contents providing through the collaboration with other broadcasting terminal. The channel decision unit provides the contents to the set virtual channel. The channel decision unit sets one virtual channel through the merge of the generated virtual channel.

PURPOSE: A route maximum transfer unit control system according to the duplication division packet detection and a method thereof are provided to detect the multicast environment, the duplication IP packet segmentation and reduce the loss of the packet. CONSTITUTION: A packet capture unit(411) captures a received packet to a quality measuring apparatus. A duplicatedly division detector(412) detects the packet in which the captured packet. The detected packet transmits maximum transmission information to PMTU(Path Maximum Transmission Unit) information transmission unit(414). The route maximum transfer unit information obtains with the duplication division detection unit.

PURPOSE: A user equipment and advertisement service server for providing a bi-directional personalized advertisement is provided to solve the dependency on a certain media service by selecting personalized advertisement contents based on advertisement meta information and user setup information. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) receives user setup information and advertisement meta information from an advertisement service server. A storage unit(120) stores the user setup information and the advertisement meta information, and a control unit(130) includes an advertisement selection unit(131). When an advertising event happens, the advertisement selection unit selects advertisement contents corresponding to the user set information by searching the advertisement meta information. A display unit(140) displays the selected advertisement contents.
