Abstract:
For the successive introduction of gas cylinders onto a filling carrousel in a filling plant is used a swivel arm (18), which rotates about a vertical shaft (16) as mounted sidewise of an inlet station (4), at the lee side thereof relative the movement of the carrousel. The swivel arm (18) rotates in synchronism with the carrousel and pushes the cylinder (12) onto the carrousel with decreasing velocity. The cylinder is accelerated in the moving direction of the carrousel by its friction therewith, whereby the cylinder is held against an end portion (22) of the swivel arm and is thereby guided entirely onto the carrousel during the last part of the pushing-in movement of the swivel arm. Almost optimal introduction conditions with respect to rapidity and positioning accuracy are achievable with the use of an extremely simple mechanism, which will even work correctly independent of variations of the r.p.m. of the carrousel.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Transportmodul (1) zum Transport eines Behälters (2) von einer Behälterquelle (31) zu einem Behälterempfänger (32), wobei das Transportmodul (1) eine zwischen einem Aufnahmebereich (4) und einem Übergabebereich (5) vorgesehene Transportstrecke (6) mit einem Transportmittel (61) umfasst. Erfindungsgemäss ist am Transportmittel (61) ein erstes Haltemittel (7, 71) zur Aufnahme und Halterung des Behälters (2) derart angeordnet und ausgestaltet, dass der Behälter (2) im Aufnahmebereich (4) vom ersten Haltemittel (7, 71) erfassbar, und der Behälter (2) entlang der Transportstrecke (6) vom Aufnahmebereich (4) bis zum Übergabebereich (5) vom ersten Haltemittel (7, 71) getragen, schwebend transportierbar ist. Darüberhinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (100) zur Verarbeitung eines Behälters, sowie ein Verfahren zum Transport eines Behälters.

The invention relates to a transferring device, preferably a can transferring device for transferring and/or receiving cans, can blanks, or other containers out of or into a transferring or receiving axis (U) which extends at an angle, preferably perpendicular, to a transport path (T). The transferring device comprises multiple suction elements (3), which can be moved along the transport path (T) during the transfer, each of which has at least one suction opening (4), and which can be connected to a negative pressure source, in order to retain the cans, can blanks, or other containers by means of suction during the transport along the transport path (T). The suction elements (3) are designed and/or arranged in a movable manner between a retracted and an extended position at least along some sections of the transferring and/or receiving axis (U). According to the invention, the suction elements (3), which are preferably designed as bellows, are designed so as to be reversibly deformable during the movement along the transferring and/or receiving axis (U), and the suction elements (3) are designed and/or arranged such that the cans, can blanks, or other containers are moved along the transferring and/or receiving axis (4) on the basis of the reversible deformation of the suction elements (3), in particularly exclusively on the basis of the reversible deformation of the suction elements, said deformation preferably being caused by the suction effect of the negative pressure source (5).

The present invention provides a commodity carrying-out apparatus of an automatic vending machine capable of reliably carrying out a commodity one by one without causing falling down or clinging of the commodities, and efficiently housing even commodities having no definite shape. According to the present invention, the commodities in the commodity column can be supported by the commodity supporting members, and therefore even when the commodity carried out of the commodity column falls down or is changed in its posture, the following commodity does not fall down due to the carried-out commodity. Since the commodity supporting members each exist between the commodities, clinging of the commodities to each other does not occur. As a result, the commodities can be reliably carried out one by one. Even the commodities having no definite shape, which cannot be self-sustained in a vertical orientation, can be housed in the vertical orientation by being supported respectively by the commodity supporting members.
