CONSTITUTION:A pre-pressurized gas filled in a gas chamber (a) in a bladder 10 is compressed and liquid is introduced into a liquid chamber (b) from the feeding and discharging port 12, resulting in that the bladder 10 is compressed by the liquid to reduce a sectional area of the bladder.
