Abstract: 광학장치, 이를구비한고효율분광계측기및 플라즈마처리장치가개시된다. 본발명의실시예에따른광학장치는플라즈마광원의물체면(objective plane)에서방출되는제1 광, 물체면의전방영역에서방출되는제2 광및 물체면의후방영역에서방출되는제3 광을집속하는광집속렌즈; 광집속렌즈에의해집속되는제1 광의결상면에배치되고, 제1 광의결상점을감싸는영역에형성되고제2 광의집속광및 제3 광의집속광을동시에차단하는차단면을갖는차단판을포함하고, 제1 광의집속광을통과시켜회절시키는개구가차단판을관통하여제1 광의결상점에형성되는광선택부; 개구를통과하여회절된제1 광을포집하는렌즈부; 및렌즈부에의해포집된제1 광이입사되는광섬유를포함한다. 본발명의실시예에의하면, 플라즈마광원의다양한변화에대해적응적으로광신호수집효율을높일수 있다.

Abstract: 放電を避けつつ有効な輝度、発光効率を得るには、ガスの電流輝度効率と電子源の電子利用効率を十分に高める必要がある。蛍光ランプにおいて、封入した希ガスもしくは分子性ガスの圧力が10kPa以上で、アノード電圧を240V以下にするとともに、基板間隔を0.4mm以下にすることでアノード電界を高める。さらにこれにより電流輝度効率が電界に比例して増加する効果を利用する。かつ電子源として電子利用効率が10%を超えるMIM電子源を適用することで、発光輝度10 4 [cd/m 2 ]以上、発光効率120lm/W以上の無放電蛍光ランプを実現する。
