PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing color filter of liquid crystal display element capable of preventing waste of ink and simplifying a process. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing color filter of liquid crystal display element comprises a process of preparing a cliche 100 on which a plurality of grooves 105 are formed, a process of filling color inks 123 of red (R), green (G) and blue (B) to the inside of the grooves of the cliche 100, a process of transferring the color inks 123 of R, G and B from the cliche to the surface of a printing roller and a process of re-transferring the color inks 123 of R, G and B transferred to the surface of the printing roller 128 to the upper surface of the substrate 130. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for liquid crystal display panel which can automatically control the gap between a nozzle which the dispenser is equipped with a substrate, and to provide a method of controlling the gap between the nozzle and substrate by using the dispenser. SOLUTION: The dispenser for liquid crystal display panel is constituted by including a syringe 503 equipped with the nozzle 502 at one end part, a main body 504 mounted with the syringe 503, a vertical drive stepping motor 505 which drives the main body 504 vertically along a vertical axis 506, a 1st sensor 507 which detects whether the nozzle 502 of the syringe 503 and the substrate 501 are in contact with each other, a 2nd sensor 508 which detects the gap between the nozzle 502 and substrate 501, and a control part 509 which controls the vertical drive stepping motor 505 with outputs of the 1st and 2nd sensors 507 and 508 so that the nozzle 502 and substrate 501 has a desired gap. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate for liquid crystal display device and its manufacture method in which a mask process is simplified by applying a top gate type thin film transistor to an array part and the yield is improved by shortening the process time. SOLUTION: A color filter 130 is formed in the upper part of the top gate type thin film transistor array part. Therein, when the array part of the top gate type thin film transistor including the color filter 130 is formed, a source electrode 106, a drain electrode 108 and an impurity amorphous silicon layer are patterned at the same time, and a gate electrode 124, an active layer 120 and a gate insulating film are patterned and formed at the same time. Such a array substrate for liquid crystal display device of COT (color filter on thin film transister) structure has an advantage capable of simplifying processes in the manufacture. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method for a residual volume of a dispenser and a dispensing material in a liquid crystal liquid display capable of correctly detecting the actual residual volume of the remaining dispensing material in a syringe and removing a defect causing factor in the liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: A dispenser of a liquid crystal panel is constituted of a syringe 401 dispensing a dispensing material 410 to a substrate 400 through a nozzle 402 provided at one end, a cap part 403 provided at the other end of the syringe 401, a gas supply part 405 supplying gas to the syringe 401 through a gas pipe 404 which goes through the cap part 403, a valve 406 provided at the gas pipe 404, a detection part 407 detecting a residual volume of the dispensing material 410 remaining in the syringe 401 by a gas flow rate supplied from the gas supply part 405 to the syringe 401, and a control part 408 controlling the gas supply part 405, the valve 406 and the detection part 407. SOLUTION: A gate electrode 131 is formed by using a dual metal layer consisting of copper and a metal which has satisfactory contact characteristics with the substrate and whose pattern solution does not affect the substrate and a source electrode 149 and a drain electrode 151 are formed by using a dual metal layer consisting of copper and a metal by which reaction of a lower ohmic contact layer and copper is prevented. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element for simultaneously connecting power supply wiring to an adjacent pixel. SOLUTION: In this organic electroluminescent element for improving particularly an opening rate and a method for manufacturing the element, the organic electroluminescent element is formed so that the positions of drive elements formed in the pixels adjacent to each other are positioned close to each other to simultaneously receive signals with one power supply line. Thus, since the number of the power supply lines can be halved as compared with conventional elements, defective wiring can be prevented by improving the opening rate and brightness of the organic electroluminescent element. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design shapes of a gate electrode and a drain electrode into a new structure, to miniaturize parasitic capacity CGD between the drain electrode and the gate electrode and to provide a liquid crystal panel of high picture quality. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device, especially, a switching element deciding an operation characteristic of the liquid crystal display device are provided. In the switching element constituted of the gate electrode, an active layer, a source electrode and the drain electrode, one side of a part which is overlapped with the drain electrode in one side of the gate electrode is constituted in a shape bent inside. Since a parasitic capacitance value C gs generated while the drain electrode is overlapped with the gate electrode becomes small, flicker does not occur. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a test wire from being broken during dry etching and to prevent a test error by shortening a process time by forming source and drain electrodes of molybdenum and forming the test wire of a gate substance. SOLUTION: When a short bar which is formed on the outer shell of a substrate and can connect an odd-numbered gate wire and an even-numbered data wire and a test pad applying a signal for inspection to the short bar are connected through a connecting wire in a 4-mask process using molybdenum as substances forming the source and drain electrodes, the formation of the connection part of molybdenum can be avoided by forming each test pad and the connecting wire of the gate substance and indirectly connecting the connection part to the short bar formed of molybdenum (Mo) by using a different transparent electrode pattern, so the defect that the connecting wire formed on the outer shell of the substrate is etched can be prevented during a process of patterning the source electrode and drain electrode.
