CONSTITUTION: A joint repairing composition for non-solvent oily epoxy tile comprises 5-15wt% oiliness epoxy primer, 65-90wt% whitening material, 10-12wt% hardening agent compound, 2-3wt% hardening accelerator, 1-2wt% silicon resin, 1-2wt% oily dispersing agent, and 1-wt% oily viscosity-increasing agent. The oily epoxy primer is the mixture of epoxy resin and polyimide resin by 1:1. The whitening material is the mixture of titanium oxide, and extender pigment consisting of light coal and heavy coal by 1:9. The hardening agent hardens the oily epoxy primer. The hardening agent is the mixture of 1,3-bis (aminomethyl) cyclohexane and isophoronediamine with the weight ratio of 1:1-1:5. The curing accelerator consists of one selected from 2,4,6-tri(dimethylene aminomethyl)phenol, triphenyl phosphonic acid, palm alkylamine, oleic acid amine. A thinning agent is used, which is selected from benzyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, phenylxylylethane (Hysol), dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP).
