    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a victim user equipment (UE) may be configured to detect and measure cross link interference (CLI) from one or more aggressor UEs. Based on the CLI measurement (s), the victim UE may select a target UE of the aggressor UEs for subsequent sidelink communications. The CLI measurement may indicate a condition of the channel between the victim UE and the aggressor UE, and based on the CLI measurement, the victim UE may disconnect from a currently connected sidelink UE and establish a sidelink connection with the selected target UE of the aggressor UEs. By determining to connect to an aggressor UE based on a CLI measurement, a victim UE may reduce latency associated with sidelink communications.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication may include determining a gap configuration for a mobile device, wherein the gap configuration defines a desired gap between a scheduled downlink transmission for reception by a mobile device and an uplink transmission from the mobile device; determining whether a gap between a scheduled downlink transmission for reception by a mobile device and an uplink transmission from the mobile device is less than a defined number of symbols for the desired gap; and/or puncturing at least one of the downlink transmission and the uplink transmission when the gap is determined to be less than the defined number of symbols. The puncturing may be performed on the downlink transmission and/or the uplink transmission when the scheduled gap is less than a desired gap, and optionally the puncturing is performing without puncturing a CSI-RS, a DMRS, or a PTRS. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may determine that a distance between an end of a first downlink control information (DCI) and a corresponding first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a distance between an end of a second DCI and a corresponding second PDSCH satisfy a minimum distance threshold for a user equipment (UE). The ends of the DCIs are to be received at the same symbol. The base station may transmit the first DCI, the first PDSCH, the second DCI, and the second PDSCH based at least in part on determining that the distances satisfy the minimum distance threshold. In some aspects, the UE may decode the first and second DCIs in an order that depends on DCI properties. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Technologies and techniques for wireless communication between a scheduled entity and a scheduling entity in a wireless communication network. Δ scheduled entity receives a downlink (DL) reference signal (RS) from the scheduling entity on a channel between the scheduling entity and the scheduled entity. The scheduled entity obtains channel state information (CSI) for the channel between the scheduling entity and the scheduled entity using the received DL RS, selects an uplink resource associated with a random-access procedure, and multiplexes a CSI report including the CSI with a random-access message related to the random-access procedure to produce multiplexed information.

    Abstract: Wireless devices are configured to facilitate UE assisted bandwidth part (BWP) selection in wireless communication systems. According to one example, a scheduled entity can receive an RRC reconfiguration message indicating a handover from a source cell to a target cell, identify uplink data in the buffer, and send an enhanced UE assistance information (UAI) transmission to the target cell, the enhanced UAI indicating a preferred BWP of the target cell. In addition, a scheduling entity can receive an enhanced UAI transmission from a scheduled entity indicating a preferred BWP for the scheduled entity, and select the preferred BWP for communication with the scheduled entity from the enhanced UAI.
