Light alloy articles comprising a body of light alloy having a composite fiber/light alloy layer, a sprayed heat-resistant alloy layer, and a sprayed ceramic base layer formed on the body in this sequence exhibit improved heat resistance and insulation and are very useful in the manufacture of internal combustion engine pistons. A method for producing such a coated light alloy article by spraying is also provided.

The present invention relates to an electronic compressor which reduces energy consumption required for driving the electronic compressor by reducing the mass of a rotary scroll and the mass of a weight balancer. The present invention forms the rotary scroll and the weight balancer composed of a compressive device for compressing a refrigerant of a magnesium alloy. The present invention is provided to enable the reduction of the mass of the weight balancer by the reduction of the rotary scroll, thereby enabling the reduction of energy consumption required for driving the electronic compressor.

PURPOSE: A magnesium-alloy engine block is provided to prevent the thermal deformation and reinforce the strength due to the integrated insert and connected oil drain. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium engine block engine block comprises a crankcase(100) made of magnesium alloy including cylinder chambers(120) in which pistons are inserted and a water jacket(122) formed around the cylinder chambers, a cylindrical liner(220) inserted into the cylinder chambers, and an integrated insert(500) including a crank shaft supporting part with a crank shaft insert hole formed in the central part of the crank shaft supporting part, an extension part extended from the crank shaft supporting part toward the cylinder chambers, and an upper joint part formed on the end of the extension part. An upper bolt(340) is inserted through a cylinder head(300) into the crankcase and coupled with the upper joint part.

Im Rahmen der Erfindung wurde ein Gehäuse (3, 5) für einen Motor oder Kompressor entwickelt, welches einen länglichen Kurbelraum (31) mit zwei Endflächen (31 a, 31b) aufweist. Weiterhin ist mindestens ein Zylinderraum (32a, 32b) vorgesehen, in dem ein Kolben durch Drehung der Kurbelwelle zu einer Bewegung angeregt wird. Der Innendurchmesser des Kurbelraums verjüngt sich von der ersten Endfläche zur zweiten Endfläche monoton. Ein derart geformter Kurbelraum lässt sich durch Umgießen eines Formdoms (34) besonders einfach fertigen. Ein derartiger Formdorn muss sich ebenfalls monoton verjüngen, damit er nach dem Umgießen an einem ersten Ende aus dem Gehäuse herausgezogen werden kann. Kurbelräume in Form eines geraden Zylinders würden sich mit diesem einfachen Verfahren nicht fertigen lassen. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Formgebung des Kurbelraums kann das Gehäuse einstückig und gleichzeitig sehr kompakt gebaut werden.

본 발명은 금형 형상 변화를 이용한 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘 합금 스크롤 로터의 열간단조 성형방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 금형의 연속적, 비연속적 두께변화를 이용하여 소재 유동을 제어하는 방법과 금형 상에 다양한 크기와 위치, 개수의 벤트홀을 위치시켜 소재 유동을 일정하도록 제어하도록 하여, 불균일하게 성형되는 스크롤 로터 랩부의 높이 편차를 최소화 시킬 수 있으며, 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘 합금 스크롤 로터의 열간 단조성형 후에 발생하는 랩부의 길이 편차를 최소화하고 정밀성형을 유도할 수 있는 금형 형상 변화를 이용한 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘 합금 스크롤 로터의 열간단조 성형방법에 관한 것이다.
