    Abstract: PURPOSE: An intake manifold of an engine is provided to improve the performance of the engine at low speed and middle speed, and to prevent lowering of performance of the engine at high speed by forming the runner of the intake manifold properly and reducing the sectional area of the runner in case of regular length of the runner. CONSTITUTION: Two straight lines are faced to each other in the section of a runner(3) in contacting the runner of an intake manifold(1) to a surge tank(5), and both ends of two straight lines are connected to each other by a semicircle like a race track. The section of the runner is formed from the race track section to the circular section. The runner is connected to the surge tank with the smooth streamline in the race track section by rounding the contact portion. A nose shape is formed between the runners, and a semicircular curve(13) is formed in the contact portion of the surge tank and the runner. Both ends of the semicircular curve are narrowed and streamlined by transforming the section of the runner into the circular shape.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A tumble type air induction system is provided to achieve improved engine performance and reduce manufacturing costs, while minimizing a flow resistance of intake air. CONSTITUTION: A tumble type air induction system(1) comprises a tumble control valve(109) mounted on a tumble control shaft(107), which controls an intake air passage. The tumble control shaft is arranged to have a predetermined angle with respect to the mounting surface which is formed into a plane so as to permit the tumble control valve to be mounted on the mounting surface, to thereby form a parallel surface having a horizontality with respect to the tumble control valve. The tumble control valve has a bent surface which is bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the overall surface of the valve such that the end of the tumble control valve is bolt-coupled with the mounting surface of the tumble control shaft.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for creating an image file of an electric circuit drawing for a vehicle is provided to reduce human power and time being inputted for chasing a signal and prevent an error with respect to the signal chase by removing a cost necessary for purchasing an exclusive device and software for inquiring an electronic circuit drawing. CONSTITUTION: An electric circuit drawing preparing system creates electric circuit drawings according to each part of a vehicle being developed currently through a developing software as a printable exclusive image file through a printer(S100). A coordinate for checking a position of a component and a connector in a circuit drawing is extracted from signal input/output information included in each exclusive image file. A list is prepared. A coordinate system file including information with respect to an operation and an introduction of a signal input/output on each coordinate is created(S200). A script file including information with respect to a signal input/output and coordinate information and information for creating a general image file is created(S300). A table of a circuit drawing name and an image file from each circuit drawing is created as an index file. A circuit, created by a file and an image having a table of new coordinate system and signal information, is linked using a standard coordinate file predefined according to difference of a coordinate system of the file and new image file. An image file capable of chasing a signal is created(S400). The image file is registered in a database(S500).
