    Abstract: 본 고안은 도어용 힌지에 관한 것으로, 도어의 하중을 충분히 지지할 수 있도록 보강판을 힌지의 크기와 동일하게 구비함과 더불어 보강판과 힌지의 중앙 소정부를 일정하게 절곡시키고 하부힌지에는 별도의 베어링을 추가함으로써 원활한 도어의 회동이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 도어용 힌지를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
    본 고안의 구성은 문틀의 하부 측면에 나사에 의해 고정 결합되고, 그 일측면에 회동핀이 입설된 문틀용 하부힌지와; 상기 회동핀이 요입되는 핀삽입공이 그 일측면에 형성되고 도어의 하부면에 그 타측면이 결합된 도어용 하부힌지와; 상기 문틀의 상부 하면에 나사결합되고 그 일측면에 핀삽입공이 형성된 문틀용 상부힌지와; 상기 핀삽입공에 요입되는 회동핀이 그 일측에 입설되고 상기 도어의 상면에 그 타측이 나사결합된 도어용 상부힌지가 각각 부착되어 개폐가능하게 된 도어에 있어서, 상기 도어용 하부힌지 및, 도어용 상부힌지와, 문틀용 상부힌지의 일면에는 그 힌지와 동일한 형상으로 형성된 두께 3mm의 냉간압연강판으로 이루어진 보강판이 각각 스폿용접되며; 상기 도어용 하부힌지의 하면에는 베어링수단가 나사 또는 리벳에 의해 고정결합된 것을 특징으로 한다.

    또한, 더욱 바람직하게 본 고안의 상기 보강판은 그 중앙 소정부가 일정각으로 각각 절곡됨으로써 상기 회동핀과 접촉되는 상기 핀삽입공의 내주면 면적을 넓게하여 상기 도어의 중량을 분산시킬 수 있게 된다.
