PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-operated actuator with excellent transmitting power so as to enable a reciprocation motion of a door plate with excellent continuity and stability even for particularly heavy slide doors.SOLUTION: A direct-operated actuator 10, particularly for sliding doors and for sliding doors and windows, comprising a supporting member 11 fixed by corresponding fixing means between two jambs S1, S2 of a door P or of a door or window frame, and motor drive means 12 accommodated and fixed in the supporting member 11 and adapted for the rotation of a driving gear 13, which meshes with a driven rack 14 fixed to a door leaf A of the door P moving in such a reciprocate manner.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving system capable of accurately calculating a hatch position of an automobile, and having a low cost and a simple structure.SOLUTION: A driving system includes a case pipe 1 which is connected to one of a stationary base part and a movable structure part, a jacket pipe 28 which is connected to the other of the movable structure part and the stationary base part, a spindle with screw 16 and a spindle nut 19 which is fit together to the spindle with screw, a spindle drive 17 which connects and disconnects the case pipe and the jacket pipe, and a rotary drive 9 which drives the spindle drive via a clutch device 15. wherein when a predetermined torque is exceeded, the connection is released by the clutch device. A magnet ring having many N-poles and S-poles is rotatably arranged near a sensor element, and the magnet ring which cooperates with the sensor element is prevented from turning by the clutch device and is arranged in a connection portion with the spindle with screw, and the sensor element is arranged at an immobile position relative to the case pipe.

PURPOSE: A stopper structure of a building door with a noise preventing function using a noise isolation stopper is provided to prevent noise by pushing the rubber stopper of a moving body closely to the entire bottom surface of the building door. CONSTITUTION: A stopper structure of a building door with a noise preventing function using a noise isolation stopper comprises a noise isolation stopper(60), a rack gear, and a worm(40). The noise isolation stopper is installed on the lower end of a door(2) and moved up and down by the rack gear. The noise isolation stopper comprises a rubber stopper(63-3). The rubber stopper moves downward and is contacted with the bottom surface of the door in order to remove a gap(T) between the door and the bottom surface. The rack gear is meshed with a pinion gear of a worm gear assembly(20). The worm is installed in order to be meshed with a worm gear of the worm gear assembly.

PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for a floodgate is provided to prevent damage to the device by absorbing impact force occurred by acceleration of a floodgate. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device for a floodgate comprises a first speed reducer(30), a second speed reducer(40), and a breaker(50). The first speed reducer reduces the rotating speed of a shaft(16a) using a main gear and multiple auxiliary gears. The main bear is installed in one end of a worm wheel shaft. The auxiliary gears are in gear with the main gear. The second speed reducer reduces the speed of the shaft using the auxiliary gears. The breaker is in gear with the main gear and has a drum and multiple shoes.
