본 발명은 산화인듐을 이용한 CIGS 광흡수층 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구리(Cu) 전구체, 인듐(In) 전구체 및 갈륨(Ga) 전구체를 스퍼터링(sputtering) 공정을 통해 증착하는 단계; 및 셀레늄(Se) 분위기에서 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 인듐(In) 전구체를 증착하는 단계는, 산화인듐(In 2 O 3 )을 타겟으로 하여 산화인듐(In 2 O 3 ) 박막을 증착한 다음, 상기 증착된 산화인듐(In 2 O 3 ) 박막을 환원시켜 산소를 제거함으로써 인듐(In)층을 형성하는 것으로써, 인듐(In) 전구체의 표면을 평탄하게 하고, 셀레늄(Se) 분위기에서 열처리 후 CIGS 광흡수층의 표면형태를 개선시키며, CIGS 광흡수층과 버퍼층의 접합을 용이하게 할 수 있는 CIGS 광흡수층 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 CIGS 박막 태양전지 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a complex with further improved conductivity and photocatalyst effects by conjugating carbon fiber-based graphene, nanotubes, conductive metal, or titanium dioxide (TiO_2) with a polymer compound having a catechol group, and forming a complex with a polymer resin using carbon oxide fibers. According to an embodiment, the present invention provides a catechol complex with high conductivity and excellent photocatalyst effects, thereby being used for various industry fields such as a display, an image sensor, etc.

The present invention relates to a solar heat collecting device. More specifically, the present invention provides a solar heat collecting device characterized by including a convex lens; an outer frame where the convex lens is seated; a thermal medium receiving unit installed on the lower side of the convex lens, receiving a thermal medium, and including a mirror on at least one surface of an inner wall, inclusive of the bottom surface. The present invention collects solar heat, and transmits much more energy from the same energy source to an object to be heated by transmitting the solar heat to the object to be heated by using the mirror, and therefore an effect of efficiently heating the object to be heated can be expected.

The present invention relates to a light shelf manufactured using polycarbonate materials and, more specifically, to a light shelf manufactured using polycarbonate materials comprising a transparent panel selected among aki-light having a thickness of 15-17 mm or clean light having a thickness of 4-6 mm; and a transparent film coated on a polycarbonate transparent panel and having a reflectivity of 12-95%. According to the present invention, the light shelf obtains high durability against temperature and humidity, excellent mechanical strength, and lightweight as the light shelf is manufactured using the polycarbonate materials.

The present invention relates to an evaporator for generating ice in a water purifier having an ice maker. More specifically, the evaporator for the water purifier having the ice maker includes: a first refrigerant pipe having a plurality of insertion pipes on one side of the outside, while flowing a refrigerant to the inside through a refrigerant influx portion formed on one side; and a second refrigerant pipe having an insertion hole formed on one side of the bottom to insert respective insertion pipe of the first refrigerant pipe, and a plurality of ice-making members prepared on one side of the top corresponding to the insertion hole. By manufacturing the ice-making members into a dual pipe shape, the defect rate during manufacturing processes can be remarkably reduced.
