Abstract: 긴급상황발생시발신자가처한위기상황을신속하게알릴수 있는멀티단말환경에서긴급상황통보제어장치를개시한다. 본발명의멀티단말환경에서긴급상황통보제어장치는발신자의단말로부터전송된긴급상황정보를수신하는수신부와상기수신된긴급상황정보가전달되어야할수신자의단말상태에따른가용단말을확인하고, 상기확인된가용단말이수신할수 있는형태의긴급상황알림메시지를생성하는제어부를포함한다. 이에따라수신자가소유한다수의단말상태및 가용서비스를확인하여발신자의긴급상황을수신자에게통보함으로써발신자가처한긴급상황을신속하게극복할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable character input device and method for using tension change of strings connected to fingers is provided to perform data input without restriction of the input space by operation on the basis of the relative location of the finger.
