    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve high fluidity and separation resistance by allowing an admixture to consist essentially of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a specific monomer and one or more kinds of monomers selected between two kinds of compounds and a water soluble high molecular polymer. CONSTITUTION:The copolymer A having the weight average molecular weight of 3000-1000000 is obtained by polymerizing the monomer expressed by formula I (each of R1 and R2 is H or methyl, m1 is 0-2, AO is a 2-3C oxyalkylene, (n) is 110-300 and X is H or a 1-3C alkyl) and one or more kinds of monomers (b) selected from the compound expressed by formulas II and III each of R3-R5 is H, methyl or (CH2)m2COOM2, R6 is H or methyl, each of M1, M2 and Y is H, an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, ammonium, an alkylammonium or a substituted alkylammonium and m2 is 0-2 in the mol ratio of (a)/(b)-0.1/100-100/100. The copolymer A and the water soluble high polymer B such as a nonionic cellulose ether, an acrylic copolymer or the like are blended in the ratio of A/B=95/5-5/95.

This admixture is blended with 5-50wt.% of well-known cement admixture such as formaldehyde condensate of naphthalenesulfonic acid salt.

CONSTITUTION:Monomers of formula III [R1 is R2; (n1) is (n3); (n2) is 1-300; X1 is X2] constisting of 50-1mol% of formula I [R2 to R3 each is H or methyl; (n3) and (n5) each is 0-2; (n4) is 9-300; A0 is a 2-3C oxyalkylene; X2 to X3 each is H, a 1-3C alkyl or (substituted) amino] and 50-99mol% of a monomer of formula II are copolymerized in the presence of an aqueous polymerization initiator to provide the objective agent for preventing lowering of fluidity of concrete having 1000-500000 weight-average molecular weight (measured by gel permeation chromatography/sodium polystyrenesulfonate which is a standard substance/water system). 0.02-1.0wt.% of this fluidity-lowering preventing agent and 0.25-1.0wt.% of well-known concrete admixture such as formaldehyde condensate of a naphthalenesulfonic acid salt, formaldehyde condensate of melaminesulfonic acid salt or lignin sulfonic acid salt are added to cement.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a mold frame separating agent for concrete with an excellent separating property by blending alkyl amine and/or alkyl polyamine having a group of NH2, NH or N into a liquid water-repellent substance. CONSTITUTION:The blending amount of alkyl amine and/or alkyl polymamine is preferable, in particular, to be on the order of 3-10 wt.%. Furthermore, alkylamine and/or alkylpolyamine and nonionic surface active agent can be blended together with each other. By blending oil soluble nonionic surface active agent, the expansion of concrete in the separating agent surface applied on the mold frame is enhanced, so that the filling property is improved and thereby the finish of the concrete surface is improved. Accordingly, saving of man-hour required for surface repairing or mold frame cleaning becomes possible, and the improvement of quality is expected as well.

Besices, lightweight aggregate, blast furnace slag, silica fume and other admixture are compounded in a prescribed ratio and kneaded, thus the self-filling concrete composition superior in a high flow property with >=45cm slump flow value is JISA1101 and separation resistance is obtained.
