From electroconductive polypropylene resin foamed particles produced by foaming electroconductive polypropylene resin particles including an electroconductive polypropylene resin composition that contains 11 parts by weight or more and 25 parts by weight or less of an electroconductive carbon black relative to 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin and has a melt index of 1.0 g/10 min or more and 4.0 g/10 min or less where the melt index is determined at a load of 5,000 g at 230 ± 0.2°C, a polypropylene resin in-mold foam molded article having excellent electric conductivity and also having higher flame retardancy without any flame retardant can be obtained.

A polypropylene resin in-mold foam molded article that has a volume resistivity value of 10Ω•cm or more and 5,000Ω•cm or less and is produced from polypropylene resin foamed particles including a polypropylene resin composition containing 11 parts by weight or more and 25 parts by weight or less of an electroconductive carbon black having a DBP absorption amount of 300 cm 3 /100 g or more and 600 cm 3 /100 g or less and 3 parts by weight or more and 15 parts by weight or less of melamine cyanurate relative to 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin has a low open-cell ratio, excellent electric conductivity, and excellent flame retardancy. In particular, a polypropylene resin in-mold foam molded article that is produced from polypropylene resin foamed particles containing an inorganic foaming agent and conventionally having low flame retardancy exhibits excellent flame retardancy.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmedämmplatte, insbesondere eine Wärmedämmplatte zur Wärmeisolation von Aussenfassaden, Sockelbereichen, Wänden, Decken, Dächern oder anderen Teilen von Gebäuden umfassend eine beschichtete Dämmplatte resp. Reflektorplatte aus expandiertem Polystyrol (EPS). Bereitgestellt werden soll eine Wärmedämmplatte, die einen verbesserten Dämmwert und mindestens eine Zusatzfunktion aufweist. Hierzu umfasst sie eine geschäumte Dämmplatte resp. Reflektorplatte und eine Deckschicht, wobei die Reflektorplatte einen hohen Anteil an atherman wirkenden Stoffen aufweist und/oder hochgeschäumt ist und die wesentliche Dämmwirkung erbringt. Die Deckschicht ist in Form einer dünnen Schaumschicht oder einer Perlendeckschicht ausgebildet.

The present invention provides a method for producing polylactic acid-based resin foamed particles for in-mold foam-molding from which a polylactic acid-based resin foam-molded article excellent in heat resistance and mechanical strength can be obtained by in-mold foam-molding. In the method of the present invention for producing polylactic acid-based resin foamed particles for in-mold foam-molding, a rotary blade is rotated at a given rotation speed while being always in contact with the front end surface of a nozzle and a polylactic acid-based resin extrudate extrusion-foamed through a nozzle is cut with the rotary blade, so that it is possible to cut the polylactic acid-based resin extrudate surely to obtain substantially spherical polylactic acid-based resin foamed particles. Therefore, when polylactic acid-based resin foamed particles are used for in-mold foam-molding, the polylactic acid-based resin foamed particles foam uniformly in all directions and, as a result, the foamed particles are thermal fusin bonded to unite together strongly in all direction.
