Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention relates a method for manufacturing liquid cyclodextrin comprising a step for enzyme reaction by adding cyclodextrin synthetase, alpha-amylase, and pullulanase to a starch-derived raw material. The cyclodextrin, which is manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention, is liquid and has no cloudiness when being stored at room temperature for a long time.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Opuntia humifusa extract is provided to improve the radical elimination function by removing the viscosity of Opuntia humifusa. CONSTITUTION: Opuntia humifusa is hydrolyzed by enzymatic treatment under super-high pressure. The enzymatic treatment is performed under more than 100MPAa of pressure. The enzymatic treatment is performed under 100MPa-300MPa of pressure. The enzyme is one or more selected from the group composed of cellulase, pectinase, hemi cellulase, arabinase, beta-glucanase, xylanase, alpha-amylase, glucoamylase, polygalacturonase. The enzyme is one or more selected from the group composed of pectinex and cytolase PCL 5.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing galactooligosaccharides having high galactosyllactose content by using enzymes. To this end, the present invention provides a method for preparing a sugar solution containing 40 wt% of galactosyllactose comprising the steps of: dissolving lactose to water; adding one or more enzymes selected from 1) to 3) and beta-galactosidase into the lactose liquid and making an enzyme reaction; and purifying lactase, glucose oxidase, catalase, and the enzyme reaction solution.
Abstract:
The present invention is relates to a manufacturing method of galactooligosaccharides having 50 wt% of galactosyllactose contents using an enzyme. The present invention comprises: a step of dissolving lactose in water; a step of adding lactase and beta-galactosidase in the lactose solution, allowing enzyme reaction and then additionally adding yeast; and purifying enzyme reaction solution which the yeast is added.
