Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cabinet bending method is provided to shorten production time and to obtain improved quality by allowing a pre-coated steel metal to be bent and formed into a cabinet for a refrigerator after coating the steel metal. CONSTITUTION: A pre-coated steel plate is bent and formed into a cabinet for a refrigerator. The pre-coated steel plate is divided into a first bent surface(101), a second bent surface(102) and a third bent surface(103) to a predetermined width from an end thereof. A first bent portion(104) is upwardly bent and formed at a connection point between the first bent surface(102) and the third bent surface(104). A second bent portion(105) is downward bent and formed at a connection point between the second bent surface(102) and the third bent surface(103). A third bent portion(106) is upwardly bent and formed at a connection point between the second bent surface(102) and the second bent portion(105). Displacement amount depending on shrinkage/relaxation of a coating film during bending of the pre-coated steel plate is calculated. The pre-coated steel plate is interrelatedly bent through multi-stages such that the displacement amount corresponds to that of an adjacent bent portion.

PURPOSE: Provided are a tracer for property of solar battery capable of maximizing stability and utility of solar energy by providing more correct information about solar battery to a user. CONSTITUTION: The tracer for analyzing the property of solar battery by extracting open voltage, short current, optimal voltage, and optimal current from output of the solar battery panel, comprises a solar battery panel(10) for collecting sunlight and outputting voltage and current values; a thermometer for measuring a surface temperature of the panel; a solar radiation meter(20) for measuring an intensity of radiation radiated to the panel; an amplifier(30) for amplifying fine output voltage and output current values resulting from the panel, thermometer, and solar radiation meter into predetermined level of analog value; an analog/digital converter(A/D converter) for converting the analog value(signal) to digital signal; a DC load(40), in which current load varies from 0 to ∞, so as to extract open voltage and short current of solar battery; and a computer(50) for controlling the DC load and processing the digital signal passed through the A/D converter.

CONSTITUTION: The traffic signal device comprises an electric bulletin board(20) and a warning lamp(30) installed to a car(10) to inform letters and signs, a mannequin frame(50) installed to the tail of the car(10) to rotate on a frame hinge, a mannequin(60) installed to the mannequin frame(50), an electric motor unit installed in a body(70) of the mannequin, and a mannequin arm(90) operated up and down, right and left, back and forth by the power of the electric motor unit.

PURPOSE: A coupling method between a base frame and bolts and a structure thereof are provided to prevent the deviation of a bolt from a base frame by the impact or vibration applied from the outside and realize the high intensity coupling between the base frame and the bolt. CONSTITUTION: In a coupling method between a base frame and bolts, an entire outer circumferential surface of a bolt compression part(20) protruded to a top surface of the base frame(40) is impacted by a bite punch(80) and simultaneously compressed to be coupled with the base frame.

PURPOSE: A parallel manipulator of an intelligence type machine tool is provided to increase the strength of the parallel manipulator while maintaining a large working space by installing six universal joints on ends of six linear actuators at a predetermined angle. CONSTITUTION: A parallel manipulator of an intelligence type machine tool comprises a base(10) on which the workpiece is placed. Six ball socket joints(20) are installed at a bottom of the base(10). Six linear actuators(30) are coupled to lower portions of six ball socket joints(20). Six universal joints(40) are connected to the other ends of six linear actuators(30), respectively, at a predetermined angle. A platform(60) is provided at a lower portion thereof with a tool(50).

PURPOSE: A high speed autoloading system having a 6-freedom vertical articulated robot having a weaving motion and a flexible articular motion near a specific spot for automatizing a machine tool is provided to build a specific spot avoiding algorithm with regard to the mechanical and dynamic characteristic of the robot and to supply and simulate a circular arc generation algorithm. CONSTITUTION: In controlling a 6-axis vertical articulated robot for industrial based on a simulation test, a high speed autoloading system having a 6-freedom vertical articulated robot avoids a specific spot and does not exceed the maximum rotation angular velocity of an angular axle by limiting straight interpolation speed within 1500mm/sec. A Bezier spline follows sides of a triangle, forms a smooth curve only in an apex of the triangle, and executes a triangle weaving with following along the sides of the triangle again. A Catmull-Rom curve crosses over each side of the triangle if a smooth constant is zero.

본 고안은 직물등 원단의 표면에 부착되어 무늬의 입체감과 광반사성에 의하여 번쩍이는 효과를 발생케하는 스팽글에 관한 것으로 스팽글은 산화알미늄과 산화지르코늄 분말을 주성분으로 하는 세라믹 분말을 프레스로 가압 성형하여 열처리로에서 소결하여 완성하며 완성된 스팽글은 이면에 핫멜트 접착제층을 형성하고 전면에는 투명필름을 부착하여 고정한 다음 원단의 소정 위치에 안치시킨 후 가열기로 150℃ 정도 가열하면 이면의 접착제층이 용해되어 원단의 표면에 견고하게 부착하게 된다.
