To provide a method for manufacturing a multi-layered near net shape for a mold product with improved yields of material, strength and rigidity. Prepreg tapes 1 of composite material comprised of thermoplastic resin and reinforced fibers are used to manufacture the near net shape, wherein the prepreg tapes 1 in a same layer are disposed in different directions based on the directions of fibers contained the prepreg tapes 1 and an outer force to be applied to the mold product, and wherein each prepreg tape 1 is placed and stitched by a suitable stitching method.

In order to provide a device for thawing a preserved vitrified germ cell and a method for thawing the preserved vitrified germ cell, both of which device and method are capable of simultaneously achieving a high conception rate and an easier transfer operation, a thawing device (1) includes a carrying device (8), a tube (5), and a cold storage device (6), the tube (5) including, inside the tube (5), (i) a germ cell containing region (10) containing the carrying device (8), and being covered by the cold storage device (6), and (ii) a thawing solution containing region (11) containing a thawing solution, and the carrying device (8) coming in contact with the thawing solution which has been melted.

A thrips control agent in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is used for plants belonging to family Brassicaceae, family Solanaceae, family Rosaceae, family Cucurbitaceae, family Fabaceae, or family Asteraceae. The thrips control agent contains prohydrojasmon as an active ingredient, so that a negative impact of the thrips control agent on plant growth is suppressed.

METHOD OF PRODUCING MATURED FOOD The present invention can efficiently and readily produce in a short time a matured food which is softened while retaining the original shape of the food material and in which a person who has difficulty in chewing and swallowing can also recognize what food is taken and take the food with a sense of satisfaction. In particular, the present invention can produce a matured food, in which mainly the connective tissue protein in an animal food material is degraded, the degree of the degradation is adjusted and the elasticity is reduced, so that the taste can be improved. The present invention has a degradative enzyme-impregnating step of uniformly impregnating inside of a food material with a degradative enzyme brought into contact with surface of the food material by pressure treatment and a maturing step of degrading an enzyme substrate contained in the food material by the action of the degradative enzyme while retaining the shape of the food material, wherein the degradative enzyme-impregnating step has a expansion step of expanding the food material by reduced pressure treatment with the shape retained and a compression step of compressing the expanded food material into a volume which is smaller than that of the original food material.

It is intended to quickly, less wastefully, easily and economically produce a cooked food product which sustains the inherent shape, color, taste, smell and texture, prevents nutritional components from elution, makes it possible to easily control the hardness of the food to a desired level, keeps a soft texture without a need for paying attention to prevent deformation, can be easily handled throughout the production, transportation and distribution steps, enables the efficient preparation of a cooked food product using a number of food materials, can be stored while inhibiting microbial deterioration because of being hygienically-produced, exerts an aperitive effect on, in particular, malnourished aged persons, and can supply nutrients, if necessary. A process for producing a food which comprises bringing either or both of a thickener in a non-solvated state and a microorganism producing a viscous substance into contact with the surface of a food material and conducting pressurization so as to make the food material to uniformly contain either or both of the thickener in a non-solvated state and the microorganism producing a viscous substance therein while retaining the shape of the food material.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond film body which can be provided easily on various components, a diamond film component which has a diamond film body fixed thereon, and a production method of them.SOLUTION: A diamond film body 1 is produced, which includes a diamond film 3 formed by vapor phase synthesis on the surface of a substrate which is removed after forming a plating layer, and a plating layer 4 formed on the surface of the diamond film 3. Further, a diamond film component is produced by fixing the plating layer of the diamond film body 1 and the surface of the component by adhesion means such as an adhesive.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample preparation method and a sample preparation device which use technique unlike existing methods and can separate organic chemicals from a sample water and prepare a sample with small amount of solvent in a short period of time, and to provide a method of using the sample preparation device.SOLUTION: The sample preparation method includes: an extraction step (step S1) of adding solvent to water in which organic chemicals have been dissolved and extracting the organic chemicals with the solvent by liquid-liquid extraction; a phase separation step (step S2) of leaving the mixture of the water and the solvent standing to divide the mixture into a water phase and a solvent phase after the extraction step; and a separation and recovery step (step S3) of letting the solvent phase go through a hydrophobic membrane and separating and recovering the solvent after the phase separation step. When preparing a quantitative analysis sample of gas chromatography (GC), not only the solvent but also an internal standard substance are added, in the extraction step, to the water in which the organic chemicals have been dissolved, and the organic chemicals are extracted with the solvent.
