Abstract:
The invention describes a system for ordering elements comprising at least one a source of elements (1) comprising randomly arranged elements (ERij; i=line number; j=element position in line); a plurality of source output lines (S1,S2,S3,S4), associated to the at least one source (1); a synchronising station (2) comprising a plurality of synchronising channels (CH1,CH2,CH3,CH4) in which each source line of the plurality (S1,S2,S3,S4) is associable to one or more of the synchronising channels (CH1,CH2,CH3,CH4); in which at least the synchronising channels (CH1,CH2,CH3,CH4) comprise a plurality of synchronised transport means (Mij) configured to support and move first groupable elements EU1ij, wherein said synchronised transport means (Mij) comprises corresponding reciprocally independent motorising means (MMij); a processing unit (3) configured for starting up and timing the functions of one or more from among at least the source of elements (1), the plurality of source output lines (S1,S2,S3,S4) and the synchronising station (2), in which the processing unit (UE) comprises a synchronising module (37) configured for sending, independently, to each motorising means (MMij), one from among a setting signal (Sn1) of a predefined velocity (V) or a stop signal (Sn3). The invention further comprises a method for ordering elements that describes the functions of the corresponding system.
Abstract:
A retrieval/storage apparatus (2) for warehouses (1), comprising: a support frame (8) having a retrieval/storage surface (9) for at least one article which must be retrieved from a respective warehouse (1 ) or stored in said warehouse (1); said frame (8) defining a housing space (10) of a drawer (4) for containing one or more said articles; and access means (11) operatively active on said retrieval/storage surface (9) so as to open/close at least one opening (12) through which it is possible to access said housing space (10), inside the drawer (4); the access means (11) comprise a first and a second wall (13, 14) both mobile along the retrieval/storage surface (9) in reciprocal approaching/distancing, and at least a third wall (15) mobile along the retrieval/storage level (9) in a direction transversal to the direction of movement of the first and second walls (13, 14).
Abstract:
A plant for supplying products to be palletized, comprising: at least a first zone (2) for storing the products to be palletized (Pl, P2, P3 ); at least a trajectory (3) forming a closed profile; at least a conveyor device (4) for transporting products (Pl, P2, P3 ), which can move along the trajectory (3) and can pick up and/or unload the products to be palletized (Pl, P2, P3) from the first storage zone (2). The special characteristic of the invention is that the first storage zone (2) comprises at least one stacker crane (5) arranged within the trajectory (3), the conveyor device (4) moving at least part of the products to be palletized (Pl, P2, P3) from and towards the stacker crane (5).
Abstract:
Gripping device for crates, comprising a first abutment (11) and a second abutment (12), arranged to be positioned in contact with two panels (c1,c2) of a crate (C), that are adjacent and perpendicular to one another, characterised in that it comprises: a first presser (21), which is movable along a main direction (Y) between an inactive position and an active position; in the active position, the first presser (21) is able to press on the free edge of the first panel (c1), exerting an operating thrust along at least the main direction (Y); a second presser (22), that is movable along the main direction (Y) between an inactive position and an active position; in the active position, the second presser (22) is able to press on the free edge of the second panel (c2), exerting an operating thrust along at least the main direction (Y); a first cursor (31), movable along a direction that is transverse to the main direction (Y), relative to the first abutment (11), between an inactive position and an operating position; in the operating position, the first cursor (31) is able to engage with the first panel (c1), to prevent a movement of the first panel (c1) along the main direction (Y); a second cursor (32), movable along a direction that is transverse to the main direction (Y), relative to the second abutment (11), between an inactive position and an operating position; in the operating position, the second cursor (32) is able to engage with the second panel (c2), to prevent a movement of the second panel (c2) along the main direction (Y).
Abstract:
An automated warehouse (1) comprises a plurality of drawers (2), each drawer comprising a plurality of housing zones (3) each adapted to receive an item (A). The warehouse also comprises moving means configured for moving a drawer (2) between a rest position in which it is stored in a respective housing seat (5) and an access portion (6), and vice versa. The access portion (6) comprises a laser targeting system (8) configured to generate at least one point-like beam (9) and at least a linear beam (10) defining a localisation track to locate an item or a housing zone in the drawer (2) disposed in the access portion (6). The automated warehouse (1) comprises a control unit operatively connected at least to the laser targeting system (8) and programmed for receiving information on at least one item to be taken /stored, and controlling the laser targeting system (8) so as to position the localisation track according to the item to be taken/stored.
Abstract:
A plant for storing products comprising at least a pair of vertical stores (40) facing one another, each being provided with opposite flanks (4) which are provided with pluralities of guides (6) located such that two opposite guides (6) which face one another on the same horizontal plane define end rests for single drawers or trays (5). Housings for the drawers or trays (5) are defined between the pairs of guides (6) and the contiguous pairs of guides, each of which is transferable between a load/unload configuration of the products and a storage configuration in which the drawer or tray (5) is inserted with ends thereof on a pair of opposite guides (6) and vice versa. An elevator (9) is provided, associated to the frame (2) and mobile along a development direction (A) of the vertical stores (40) such as to move the drawers or trays (5). The opposite flanks (4) of the stores (40) are provided with profiled uprights (4a), situated on the side facing towards the zone occupied by the elevator (9), which are conformed such as to be associated to the ends of the frame of the said elevator (9) such as to realise a sliding coupling in a parallel direction to the profiled uprights (4a) and maintaining the two profiled uprights (4a) and the relative opposite flanks (4) of each store (40) at a predetermined distance.
