PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a power storage device in which cubic volume efficiency is excellent with respect to electrostatic capacitance and electroresistance can be reduced.SOLUTION: A power storage device comprises a first folded body 26 and a second folded body 32. The first folded body 26 is obtained by successively crest-folding and valley-folding a laminate 25 in a zigzag manner. The laminate 25 is configured by holding a strip-shaped first electrode current controller 10 between strip-shaped separators 14 folded into two. In the first electrode current controller 10, a crest-folding position and a valley-folding position are provided alternately for each predetermined width in a length direction. The second folded body 32 is obtained by successively crest-folding and valley-folding a strip-shaped second electrode current controller 12 in a zigzag manner. In the second electrode current controller 12, the crest-folding position and the valley-folding position are provided alternately for each predetermined width in the length direction. While making orthogonal a fold-back line part 28 of the first folded body 26 and a fold-back line part 34 of the second folded body 32, the laminate 25 partitioned by the fold-back line part 28 of the first folded body 26 and the second electrode current controller 12 partitioned by the fold-back line part 34 of the second folded body 32 are disposed so as to be laminated alternately.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an activated carbon porous body which has a desired pore diameter and a specific surface area suitable for the material of an electrode for an electric double layer capacitor or the like.SOLUTION: The method for producing the activated carbon porous body includes: a mixing step to mix a carbonizable material and a thermoplastic resin with a melting point of 300°C or more and to obtain a mixed material; a carbonizing step to carbonize the mixed material; and an activating step to activate the carbonized mixed material. Furthermore, the method for producing the activated carbon porous body includes: a mixing step to mix an activated carbon obtained from the carbonizable material and the thermoplastic resin with a melting point of 300°C or more and to obtain a composite material; a carbonizing step to carbonize the mixed material; and an activating step to activate the carbonized mixed material.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent energy loss at normal time, in a power supply device for automotive electrical equipment provided with a capacitor device that supplies power to the electrical equipment when the emergency is caused in the battery.SOLUTION: The power supply device includes: a capacitor device 14 connected to a power supply line 26 in parallel with the battery 24; a diode 16 that is connected from the capacitor device 14 on the battery side power supply line 26 so that the direction from the battery 24 to the automotive electrical equipment 28 may become a forward direction; a bypass circuit 22 that is composed of the diode 16 and a switch portion 32 connected in parallel therewith through a bypass line 30; a current detection circuit 18 that detects the forward direction current that flows to the automotive electrical equipment 28 side and the reverse direction current that flows to the battery 24 side, and outputs the detection signal; and a logic circuit 20 that receives the detection signal and controls the switch portion 32. The logic circuit 20 receives the detection signal of the reverse direction current and performs OFF control of the switch portion 32, and receives the detection signal of the forward direction current and performs ON control of the switch portion 32.
