Abstract: A method and a system for an actual feeling typed T(Television)-book service offering actual feeling typed contents information using data broadcasting are provided to enable a baby, a housewife, or an old man not familiar with a computer to easily use the related service by offering multidimensional actual feeling typed reading service through the data broadcasting. A T-book server(140) stores a T-book contents list(110), T-book contents(120), the actual feeling typed contents information(121), and a viewer program(122). A T-book server manager(130) transfers the contents stored in the T-book server to a transmitting end(150), and receives/processes a T-book contents request and a viewer program request from viewers. A storing medium(230) stores data received through a home receiving end(210) and a protocol processor(220). A return channel processor(280) processes the T-book contents selected by the viewer and sends it to a return channel. An integrated application manager(290) installs/executes the viewer program. A TV display(260) displays the T-book contents list, the T-book contents, and the actual feeling typed contents information.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bit rate control algorithm according to the type of macroblock coding is provided to be capable of minimizing the degradation of image quality in screen shift by reducing the signal loss and transmission bit rate when digital video signals including a lot of information are transmitted through limited channels. CONSTITUTION: First, the number rate of macroblocks coded into an INTRA mode including total macroblocks coded into MB_INTRA type and macroblocks coded into an INTER mode including total macroblocks coded into types except the MB_INTRA is calculated.
