Abstract:
A method for preparing chrysanthemum green tea is provided to secure taste, flavor and functionality of chrysanthemum by mixing and aging green tea leaf and dried chrysanthemum. A method for preparing chrysanthemum green tea comprises the following steps of: boiling down Glycyrrhizae radix and Zizyphi Fructus; parboiling chrysanthemum in water wherein the Glycyrrhizae radix and Zizyphi Fructus are boiled down; drying the parboiled chrysanthemum; mixing the dried chrysanthemum and green tea leaf; aging the mixed chrysanthemum and green tea leaf at a room temperature; and mixing the chrysanthemum and green tea leaf in a ratio of 2:3-1:1 by weight. In the aging step, the aging is performed for 6-48 hours.

A coffee-flavored mixed tea with excellent taste and low caffeine content is provided to reduce specific bitter tastes of green and black tea by coating coffee flavors on the green and black tea. A method for preparing a coffee-flavored mixed tea with excellent taste and low caffeine content comprises the following steps of: mixing dried green tea leaves and dried black tea leaves in a ratio of 1 to 1 or 1 to 2; uniformly spraying coffee flavors to the mixture of green tea leaves and black tea leaves; and mixing coffee beans to the coffee flavor-coated mixed tea. The 1-15% of coffee flavor is added to the mixture of green tea and black tea. Less than 50% of coffee beans are added on a total weigh basis of the mixed tea.

A mixed flower-flavored green tea having excellent preference without bitter taste is provided to improve medicinal effect and scent of green tea using rose leaves, jasmine flower and marigold. A method for preparing a mixed flower-flavored green tea comprises the following steps of: uniformly spraying jasmine essence to dried green tea leaves; mixing jasmine tea to the jasmine essence-coated green tea; and mixing rose leaves, jasmine flower and marigold to the mixture of the green tea and jasmine tea. The 1-15%jasmine essence is added to the dried green tea on a weight basis of the green tea. A mixing ratio of jasmine essence-coated green tea and jasmine tea is 3:2 or 1:1. A mixing ratio of rose leaves, jasmine flower and marigold is 2:2:1.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial function using green tea and a humidification method with an aroma effect are provided to restrain generation of germs from a humidifier by putting green tea with a tea bag into a water tank. CONSTITUTION: The humidification method is as follows. Selected one kind green tea among woo-jeon, sea-jak, jung-jak, dae-jak, which are kind of green tea and powdered green tea is soaked in a water tank of a humidifier. The green tea is contained with a weight of 0.5~30%. The green tea has an antibacterial effect. The green tea has an aroma effect. More than one selected kind among polyphenol, caffeine, bioflavonol, gamma- aminobutyric acid, and saponin in the water tank of the humidifier is contained as an active component. The active component is contained with the weight of 0.5~30%. The active component is extracted from the green tea.

PURPOSE: A perfume composition of Citrus unshiu and an external use skin composition containing the same are provided to ensure excellent preference. CONSTITUTION: A perfume composition for reproducing fragrance of Citrus unshiu contains 60-70 wt% of perfume ingredient including 22-42 wt% of myrcene, 11-31 wt% of phenylacetaldehyde oxime, and 1-20 wt% of indole. The composition further contains 5-25 wt% of methyl anthranilate. The composition also contains 2-22 wt% of farnesol, 1-10 wt% of 2-phenyl ethyl alcohol, 0.5-13 wt% of linalool, and 0.01-11 wt% of geraniol.

CONSTITUTION: A perfume composition for reproducing herb fragrance contains 45-65 weight% of D-limonene, 6.0-12 weight% of eucalyptol, 1.5-6.0 weight% of gamma-terpinene, 1.0-5.0 weight% of terpinol, 1.0-6.0 weight% of P-cymene, 2.3-2.7 weight% of camphor, 0.9-1.1 weight% of ethyl acetate and 1.0-1.4 weight% of furfural. The composition further contains 0.5-2.0 weight% of alpha-pinene, 0.2-1.0 weight% of beta-pinene, 0.2-0.9 weight% nerolidol, and 0.2-0.8 weight% of thymol.
