Abstract:
본발명에의한인공피부배양용기는한천을이용하되상기한천의일부를소수성으로개질시킴으로써, 인공피부제작과정에서인공피부의진피층에존재하는콜라겐과섬유아세포의상호작용으로인해발생하는진피층의수축및 배양용기로부터의탈착문제해결할수 있다. 이로써상기배양용기를이용하면인공피부를안정적으로배양할수 있고, 인체피부와유사한인공피부를제조할수 있다. 또한, 본발명에의한인공피부배양용기는한천을포함하므로, 배양용기의하부뿐만아니라측면부를통하여도배양액을공급할수 있어, 인공피부를효과적으로배양할수 있다.

An aspect of the present invention relates to a composition of maintaining cholesteric liquid crystal reflecting visible light in a wide temperature range. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a composition including three kinds of composition of cholesteryl isostearate, cholesteryl nonanoate, and cholesteryl chloride.

PURPOSE: A composition containing Bifidobacteria extract is provided to enhance the stemness of stem cells and to enhance adipose for beauty. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing the stemness of adipose-derived stem cells contains 0.0001-10 wt% of Bifidobacteria extract as an active ingredient. The stem cell is human adipose-derived stem cells(hADSCs). A composition for enhancing skin cells contains 0.0001-10 wt% of extract as an active ingredient. The skin cells are keratinocyte stem cells(KSCs) or transit-amplifying cells(TA cells). The extract is prepared by culturing and crushing the bacteria with a homogenizer.

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating skin elasticity enhancement using corium mimic is provided to observe binding force between fibroblast and collagenous fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method or evaluating skin elasticity enhancement using corium mimic comprises: a step of preparing a saccharification collagen control group and a saccharification experimental group; a step of mixing fibroblasts to the control and experimental groups each to prepare gel; a step of constructing three-dimensional form using a culture insert; a step of putting gel of the control and experimental groups inside the culture insert and culturing to prepare corium mimic; a step of imaging the shape of the mimic in a three-dimension; and a step of evaluating elasticity change from the image result.
