Abstract: 본발명은암의예방, 개선또는치료용조성물에관한것으로서, 본발명에따른 miR-4516 또는이의모방체(mimic)는 FOSL1(FOS-like antigen 1) 유전자로부터전사된 mRNA의 3'UTR에특이적으로결합하여, 상기 mRNA의번역을저해함으로써암 세포의성장을효과적으로저해할수 있어, 암의예방, 개선또는치료용도로사용될수 있다. 나아가, 후보물질에의하여 miR-4516의발현수준의변화를확인함으로써암의치료제를효과적으로선별해낼수 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 3차원 세포 배양을 위한 수직 슬라이드 챔버 및 이를 이용한 3차원 세포 배양 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 제1 슬라이드; 제1 슬라이드의 일면에 부착되고, 일측에 세포가 배양되는 세포 배양홈이 형성되는 제2 슬라이드; 및 제2 슬라이드의 일면에 부착되는 제3 슬라이드를 포함할 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 3차원 세포 배양 매트릭스 표면에 내피세포가 고착되지 않고, 세포고착의 관찰이 용이하며, 3차원 세포 배양을 위해 샘플을 쉽게 준비할 수 있는 다양한 세포에 적용이 가능하다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vertical slide chamber for 3-dimensional cell culture and a method of 3-dimensional cell culture using same. The present invention can comprise a first slide; a second slide attached to one face of the first slide and having a groove for cell culture formed in one side thereof where cells are cultured; and a third slide attached to one face of the second slide. As such, according to the present invention, endothelial cells are not anchored in a surface of a 3-dimensional cell culture matrix, and observation of cell anchoring is easy. Thus, the present invention can be applied to various cells in which a sample for 3-dimensional culture can be readily prepared.
