PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a human embryonic stem cell originated pericyte progenitor cell is provided to manufacture a human embryonic stem cell originated pericyte progenitor cell which is able to be useful as a cytotherapy composition for treatment or prevention of cardiovascular diseases or retinal disorders. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pericyte progenitor cell from a stem cell comprises 1) a step of treating a stem cell originated embryoid body with a bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) growth factor to differentiate to a mesodermal cell; 2) a step of isolating the embryoid body including the differentiated mesodermal cell to a single cell; and 3) a step of cultivating the isolated single cell in a petri dish coated with a substrate, and proliferating the attached cells only by natural selection; The stem cell in step 1) is selected from the group consisting of human embryonic stem cell, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) and somatic cell nuclear transfer cell (SCNT). A pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases includes the pericyte progenitor cell as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating and proliferating lung cancer cells from a lung cancer tissue comprises: a step of making an incision of a lung cancer tissue from a patient in a diameter of 40-100 micrometers; a step of culturing the lung cancer tissue; a step of isolating lung cancer cells using dispase; a step of culturing the lung cancer cells in a serum-free N2 medium; and a step of culturing the lung cancer cells in a medium containing serum and growth factors.

PURPOSE: A method for isolating differentiated cardiac muscle cells from human embryonic stem cells is provided to prevent contamination by exogenous blood serum and to develop therapy for treating heart-associated diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating cardiac muscle cells from human embryonic stem cells comprises: a step of culturing an embryoid body of the human embryonic stem cells in a serum-free medium in a density of 2X10^4 cells/cm^2- 7X10^4 cells/cm^2. The serum-free medium contains DMEM, N2 and antibiotics.

CONSTITUTION: A culture of skin stem cells is performed in a serum-free medium containing a compound selected from chemical formulas 3-9. The concentration of the compound is 1-500uM. A composition for anti-wrinkling contains culture of the skin stem cells. The culture is a supernatant obtained by centrifuging culture liquid of the skin stem cells, supernatant, or concentrate of the supernatant.
