Abstract: PURPOSE: A knee brace equipped with a rotator hinge member is provided to show different behaviors according to the movement type of the tibia bone and femur. CONSTITUTION: A knee brace equipped with a rotator hinge member comprises: an upper rod(10) worn on the femoral region of a wearer; a lower rod(20) worn on the shinbone part of the wearer; and a pivot unit(30) guiding the pivot of the lower rod and upper rod. The pivot unit is equipped with a hinge member connecting the upper rod to the lower rod in order to pivot the lower rod and upper rod.
