Abstract: 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 무릎보조기는 착용시 착용자의 대퇴부에 대응되도록 위치하는 상부보호대; 착용시 상기 착용자의 경골부에 대응되도록 위치하는 하부보호대; 그리고 상기 상부보호대에 대하여 상기 하부보호대가 상대적으로 회전가능하도록 상기 상부보호대 및 상기 하부보호대를 연결하는 왕복식 힌지를 구비하며, 상기 왕복식 힌지는 상기 상부보호대 및 상기 하부보호대 중 어느 하나에 연결되며, 서로 교차하여 기설정된 각도를 이루는 제1 및 제2 가이드홀을 가지는 가이드판; 상기 제1 및 제2 가이드홀을 따라 각각 이동하는 제1 및 제2 이동체; 그리고 일단이 상기 상부보호대 및 상기 하부보호대 중 어느 하나에 연결되며, 타단이 상기 제1 및 제2 이동체에 회전가능하도록 연결되어 상기 제1 및 제2 이동체가 상기 제1 및 제2 가이드홀을 따라 각각 이동함에 따라 상기 가이드판에 대하여 회전하는 연결바를 포함한다.
