Abstract: 본 발명은 메트포민(metformin)에 의해 유도되는 B 세포 활성 억제를 통한 면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 메트포민(metformin) 화합물 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하되, 상기 조성물은 병인 B 세포의 활성을 억제 또는 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면 다양한 자가면역질환에서 병인 B 세포의 활성을 억제 또는 감소시키고, 병인 Th17 세포의 활성을 억제 또는 감소시키거나, 조절 T 세포(Regulatory T cell:Treg)의 활성을 촉진 또는 증가시킴으로써 면역질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있는 면역 억제제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating immune diseases by suppressing B cell activities which are induced by metformin and, more specifically, to a composition for preventing or treating immune diseases, which includes a metformin compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The composition suppresses or reduces activities of etiological B cells. According to the present invention, the composition for preventing or treating immune diseases can be used as an immune suppressor by suppressing or reducing the etiological B cells in various autoimmune diseases, suppressing or reducing activities of etiological Th17 cells, and promoting or increasing activities of regulatory T cells (Treg).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition containing high temperature requirement protein A2 (HtrA2) as an active ingredient for treatment or prevention of autoimmune diseases. According to the present invention, the HtrA2 has an effect for effectively treating autoimmune diseases induced by abnormally regulating various immune reactions and inflammation reactions since the HtrA2 reduces the expression of STAT3 which is a transcription factor of a Th17 cell, suppresses the expression of inflammatory cytokine, and regulates the excessive immune reaction by promoting the activity of a regulatory T cell (Treg).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for isolating mesenchymal stem cells from synovial fluid and, more specifically, to a method for isolating and culturing mesenchymal stem cells from synovial fluid of an individual with immune disease; a composition containing the isolated mesenchymal stem cells as active ingredients for preventing and treating immune diseases; and a cell therapeutic agent containing the synovial fluid-derived mesenchymal stem cells as active ingredients for preventing and treating rheumatoid arthritis.
