Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing MIC-1 gene or expression protein thereof is provided to be used for wound healing as a therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for wound healing contains MIC-1(macrophage inhibitory cytokine-1) gene or expression protein thereof as an active ingredient. The MIC-1 gene encodes an amino acid of sequence number 2 or 7. The MIC-1 gene is inserted to a recombinant vector. The MIC-1 protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 or 7. The MIC-1 protein is expressed from the expression vector.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有MIC-1基因或其表达蛋白质的药物组合物作为治疗剂用于伤口愈合。 构成：用于伤口愈合的药物组合物含有MIC-1（巨噬细胞抑制性细胞因子-1）基因或其表达蛋白作为活性成分。 MIC-1基因编码序列号为2或7的氨基酸。将MIC-1基因插入重组载体。 MIC-1蛋白具有序列号2或7的氨基酸序列。表达载体表达MIC-1蛋白。
