본 발명은 말라바리콘 C(malabaricone C)를 유효성분으로 함유하는 평활근 세포의 증식 또는 이동 억제 효과가 있는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 조성물은 동맥경화증, 고혈압, 협심증, 심근경색, 허혈성 심장질환, 심부전, 경혈관 동맥 성형술 후 발생하는 합병증, 뇌경색, 뇌출혈, 및, 뇌졸중 등과 같은 혈관 질환을 예방 및 치료할 수 있으며, 상기 질병들을 개선할 수 있는 다양한 치료제에도 유용하게 응용될 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for wound healing contains MIC-1(macrophage inhibitory cytokine-1) gene or expression protein thereof as an active ingredient. The MIC-1 gene encodes an amino acid of sequence number 2 or 7. The MIC-1 gene is inserted to a recombinant vector. The MIC-1 protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 or 7. The MIC-1 protein is expressed from the expression vector.

본 발명은 2-데옥시글루코스와 테프로신을 유효성분으로 하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 테프로신은 세포 내 ATP 양을 감소시키고 2-데옥시글루코스가 유도하는 자가포식 현상을 억제할 수 있는 것으로 확인된다. 따라서, 상기 테프로신과 2-데옥시글루코스를 암세포에 병용처리할 경우, 각각의 화합물을 단독처리할 때보다 암세포의 사멸효과를 증강시킬 수 있으며, 상기와 같은 효과는 다양한 암세포에서 모두 나타나는 것으로 확인된다.

CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating vascular diseases contains malabaricone C with a structure of chemical formula 1. The vascular diseases are selected from the group consisting of atherosclerosis, hypertension, angina pectoris, ischemic heart diseases, heart failure, complication occurred after transluminal angioplasty, ischemic stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, and stroke. The pharmaceutical composition induces expression of HO-1(heme oxygenase-1) in vascular smooth muscle cells.
